Bitpanda asked me to provide documents/bank statement to verify my bank statement and recent deposit to Bitpanda.
Bitpanda asked me to provide docs/bank statements to verify the source of my recent deposits at Bitpanda. While I couldn't do it despite several attempt through their given link, then went to Bitpanda Live chat and the live agent helped me a lot to provide my bank statements straight on Chat through attachment files and he ensured me that he passed the docs to Bitpanda authority. It was just great to have such live agent though still awaiting for the email from Bitpanda for a confirmation if everything is okay now :)

Horrible experience.
I bout crypto assets on Bitpanda, then attempt to withdraw my assets to my personal wallet. Bitpanda hold this transaction under manual review, ask me for an additional info about it. Then they didn’t respond to email for 5 hours and after that they informed me they are cancelled my transaction and that they are straight out disabled my ability to withdraw any crypto assets indefinitely under “ my security “ excuse which is nonsense. They did it because the want me to hold my assets on there platform instead of my personal wallet. I had to sell my crypto assets back for fiat money which means I lost on fees twice for nothing so I can move my money back to bank to get control of it again. Time delay they caused by this cost me insanely. After that they had an audacity to ask me for a 5 star review. After I published my short one star review they flagged it for mentioning other exchanges to put the review down. So I’m writing a new one. Sending best regards and I’m encouraging everyone to be careful with Bitpanda and you other exchanges instead.

A month had been passed so far since…
A month had been passed so far since Bitpanda have locked my withdrawal option and my money into the account. After many, many attepts to get answers why my money had been locked up, they keep saying "we are reviewing your account" and they dont answer on my emails.
They review couple of transactions made by my personal card for over a month and refused to refund back the money.
Anyway they will be forced to give answers on the Austrian Financial Market Authority and I will chase lawfully all those illegal activities to the end and i announce everyone who had been illegally robbed to do the same so at the end of the day their license would be burned away!
Edit: You are processing sht! Almost 2 months and my money are still illegally locked up by Shitpanda! We will see you soon in the court!
