They took a little while to help me solve my problem, but they finally did it, and that's what counts in my opinion. Also, the attentiveness and care with which they did it. It did take some days but I was never left hanging or waiting for too long, and always was spoken to with respect and patience. The best thing the app has is its customer services, by far! Functionality-wise it's decent. Works as expected.

After my Payoneer and Wise accounts were closed for receiving ACH payments in the US, I was very concern because I couldn't find another "trustworthy" platform. Luckily I found Bitwage and not only was I able to receive payments without a problem, but it is very intuitive and makes it very easy to send money to my virtual wallets. Even the total transaction cost is relatively cheap (about 2% if you send to USDC wallet).

I've been using it for a month without problems. I had to contact support once and they responded quickly.

The only thing to improve is that sometimes transfers take a long time to enter and reflect the status.

I did have some issues with Customer support with Bitwage in the past but thats all gone. They have improved it quite a lot. I've recently had some annoying compliance request from a different platform. I had to reach out to them several times; Julian Motta moved earth and heaven to help me. I'm quite pleased. Now, I would recommend the platform to anyone.
