Sadly the worst experience I have ever had, from my initial contact 4 weeks ago. My job was cancelled yesterday after I had taken more time off from work, I called them to see what time they were arriving, to be told they could not attend. It would be nice to have been notified.
Total lack of communication, 3 different plumbers on 3 separate occasions. Would not use again & would not recommend to anyone.
Plus I had an email today requesting payment for the job they did not do.
Unprofessional & not bothered.

We had a washer leaking on our shower and then a leak in our kitchen sink .All on the same day. We rang and BK plumbing on a Sunday.Came out the next day as we explained we were going away. They came promptly All fixed, neat and tidy work, professional from start to finish. Highly recommend . Thank you

I have been using BK Plumbing for boiler servicing and gas safety certification for a couple of years and I am very happy with the quality of service. The office staff are friendly and professional and appreciate having the same knowledgeable and helpful gas engineer every year.

Mine was a difficult project as it was for my nephew who has mental health issues. BK worked round all of that, making every adjustment to normal working practice necessary and even started work later to make the experience less stressful. The work was second to none and I would thoroughly recommend BK . I will certainly use them again for any work that I need doing

To much call out charge am very disappointed

Boiler issue was resolved quickly and they were able to come at short notice
