Booked a fit to fly test and day 2 for the Champions League final. I did not get a confirmation email, called 5 times and they promised each time to get the email to me. I eventually got hold of Rachel’s number (from a friend) and she was brilliant, sorted the confirmation email. I then only received one test, again Rachel sorted this. I was told I would have my results by 8pm, 11.40pm they came through. Rachel was very reassuring that they would come through. Day 2 test was sent off and took a long time to be returned (over 72 hours). I’d give Rachel 5 stars, she is wasted working for such a poor company, her customer service is brilliant but the rest of the company are dire and I wouldn’t use them again.

Yet another COVID test company that does not respond with a test result. How these scammers are recommended by UK government I will never know. My partner paid £120 for two tests. The first response by email took 24 hours. The second test - test and release- has not been responded to after 48 hours. Blindspot Global does not answer the phone to deal with this outstanding test. The test and release test is to allow a person with a negative test to finish quarantine and enable travel, deal with business in this case. If Blindspot Global can’t fulfil its obligations as per taking £120 prepayment for tests which require an urgent response, they should lose their uk government endorsement to test.
Do not use this company for COVID testing, they are scammers

Used this company for our Pcr tests for champions league final. Rachel…… does she ever sleep? She answers the phone any time 24 hours a day. Reassured us and followed things up. Outstanding customer service.

We used Blindspot for our pre champions league final PCR test and had to contact on a few occasions to correct a small error on our order confirmation and check progress of the tests. Lauren was very helpful with my initial query and then I dealt with Rachel after that. Nothing was too much trouble and she provided us with the re-assurance we needed and didn't mind us calling her directly at any time. Having been exasperated by most of my previous customer services dealings with many companies down many years, Rachel was a breath of fresh air and couldn't have been more helpful, best customer services experience I've ever had.

We used Blindspot for our trip to the CL final. From start to finish we felt reassured. There was an issue with the confirmation emails not coming through to our yahoo addresses, I was given a direct telephone number for Rachel who was happy to help and reassure whenever I contacted her...even at 6am one morning!!
We couldn't fault the service and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Do not buy covid19 test or kits from them
They don`t send reference number
They don`t send you covid test result
You have to chase them and they will tell you,someone will be in touch with you and never happened
On the day 10th they didn`t send the 5th day result
I had to order the kit test from different company

I used Blindspot to get my COVID pcr tests for my trip to the champions league final , they were superb , short notice , nothing was too much trouble felt reassured during the whole process. Would highly recommend,

Thanks to Rachel & the team for making every effort to make the process as easy as possible for me in what has otherwise been a stressful couple of days sorting everything out for the CL final. Also a special mention to Mick who was very kind at the test centre this morning & even bought me a coffee as I had no cash on me, what a gent!

Great customer service.. Stressful never having done "fit to fly" before but Rachel & Gary guided through process making me feel confident & happy with process. Calling me back making sure all was well.
Rachel especially was a lovely bubbly character who genuinely cared. Big Thanks.

I had a problem and Rachel was brilliant, funny and actually interested in sorting it out.

Been dealing with COVID PCR test and speaking with a employee called Rachael, always there to answer the phone to deal with queries.

As I only had a very short window to receive and send off my covid test and receive my fit to fly certificate I called and spoke to Rachel who was very friendly and professional and confirmed there would be no issues she then called me on Monday to advise the kit would be with me on Tuesday which I have now received on time to complete the test and send back.
I will add further review when I receive my certificate and my 2 day test kit.

AVOID. Please do not use this company for your Day 2/8 testing packages. They do not send the tests and do not answer your emails when you write to enquire.

Avoid. My friend had to use for Day 2 Day 8 they never responded or replied to her emails. They never sent any tests. she ended up having to use NHS tests.

Day 2 and day 8 covid test never arrived to me - at the end I've called the NHS telling my story about blinspot company which scammed me and they will provide me a free test.

This situation will not end up like this.

I've booked day 2-day 8 covid test five days ago. Today I should get tested but my covid-19 kit didn't arrive yet. I've sent many emails and called many times and finally a woman at the phone told me "we are too busy" - as she said.

This is not right, you gave me a lot of stress plus money wasted.
