Bliss Cars247 - Reading taxis Reviews 

I have been using Bliss cars frequently these days and they are absolutely fantastic with their service.

I would highly recommend, than other taxi services or Uber.

Used a couple of times and usually no problems. Ordered for 8:40 when it got to 08:45 I called them they said it was a 15 minute delay. I said I am going to be late for work so they said they will try send someone else. Car didn't get to me till 09:05 so i was late to work. They also said on phone it would be free of charge due to delay then when in taxi the driver asked me to call them for confirmation as he hadn't been told. On the phone the person I spoke to said he never said that when he definitely did. He said he would take £2.00 off the price, the driver said that he had told them a different price from that. Wont be using again.

I booked a taxi to woodley park surgery and stated that on the phone, the receptionist said the taxi would be here in 10 minutes and as another taxi had cancelled on me I stated that if it wasn’t going to be 10 minutes it’s okay don’t worry. The taxi took 21 minutes to come. The taxi driver was rude, and when asked where he was taking us as usually they confirm where you’re going, he ignored us. When arriving at the surgery I realised we were at the wrong place and he blamed me, although I gave them the correct address. The taxi driver didn’t alleviate the situation very well and was just rude and basically said oh well

5th time I’ve used Bliss Cars and they’re on time, friendly and a pleasure to to deal with.

Travelled with Nazir Ahmed to Heathrow. Arrived on time, waited because my son wanted to write son cards and dropped promptly at Heathrow. Professional and Value for money is how I would rate the service.

Superb service Blisscars are the only taxi service I use now , they are always on time , polite caring drivers and there prices are very fair , Thankyou Blisscars.

Got picked up from aftab yesterday and this morning well I can’t say enough of what a great man he is. Yesterday he went out of his way to help me and my children he really is the best driver ever can’t thank him enough

Lovely journey

Shamsaddin was so lovely and prompt picking me and my friends up. He was so polite and lovely to talk to on our journey home. Would recommend and use this company and specifically his services again.

I booked this firm in January for an event in August. I used them as they used to be contracted to our Company. I received a quote by email confirming the price each way. The day arrived and I got a call from the driver to tell me he was waiting for me. However he was waiting at the wrong pick up. He then tried to drop us off at the wrong drop off point. On the way back we stood waiting at the pick up point only to get a call that he was waiting elsewhere. I even sent a screenshot in my email of a map of where we would be. When he dropped us off he never had a card machine and he charged us £10 more than the quoted price. All he kept saying was we needed to contact the office. Absolutely furious. I emailed them Monday morning first thing and again today. It appears that they are ignoring my email as I have requested a refund for £10 and not had a reply. Don't quote a price and then not honor it. Not a Blissful experience. The drivers were polite and the cars very nice but the rest of the service not so nice.

Excellent service phoned me when they couldn’t find me at pick up point from concert stayed in contact while finding me , very helpful with pushchair etc and polite cant fault them .

Had booked with Bliss 247 to take me to an event, taxi was all booked and confirmed only to be contacted the afternoon before the booking to say they had cars broken down and shortage of drivers and had to cancel our booking. Wouldn’t recommend them as a reliable company.

Always booked cars through Bliss 247 for airport runs. In particular, Nazir has been excellent, always on time, very polite, a pleasure do deal with. I highly recommend Bliss Cars 247 and Nazir.

Booked my taxi for 1:30 so I can get to work on time and they ring me at 1:26 to say they're going to be late so they have booked me a taxi with some other company on my behalf but for more money without my consent lol shocking service for sure will not use these again
