WHAT A GREAT GUY GRAEME PILLING FROM SOUTHAMPTON WAS TODAY HE MADE ME FEEL SO RELAXED AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE ON MY TEST WITH HIM WOULD GIVE HIM 10/10 FOR PUTTING UP WITH ME HE REALLY DID GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THANK YOU PAM

I performed a near perfect test and was failed. The examiner didn't pay attention and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He claimed that I didn't check my mirrors when performing a manoeuvre. When I always check my mirrors multiple times when manoeuvring. I have 36 years no claims. I have heard stories that they are instructed to fail a certain percentage to raise more revenue. I think i must be a victim of this. I felt like I had been scammed after being charged a lot of money for this experience. I drove royal mail vans for 32 year's, so I know what I am doing.

Took the blue light taxi test yesterday in Peterborough. The examiner Qaseem Raja was excellent and put me at ease straight away. It did not feel like he was out to catch you and was very supportive. I perviously attempted this same test with an examiner in Spalding who was the complete opposite of Qaseem. Can’t recommend these guy enough.

The process was simple and straightforward form booking appoint to end of test, Nadeem my Assessor was very good and informative during the whole process, clearly explained the purpose and procedure of the assessment.

I am really pleased with the service provided by The Blue Lamp Trust including your very prompt briefings and updates and of the examiner Mr Milad Miah. He is really Very nice person. The booking process was very straightforward and very quick. Mr Milad Miah contacted me very quickly and arranged a date very soon after the booking.
