What a waste of time! after arranging an appointment with Blue Star, They never showed up! Then after I contacted them asking "where are you"?, they rearranged and again never showed up. then the day after the appointment I receive a call telling me they would be with me in an hour. This company is a joke! If you have nothing to do with your life and want to be spoken to as if you're an idiot this is the company for you, if not find someone else.

"if you don’t ever have anything nice to say then it’s best to say nothing at all". lol just what a company like yours hopes for.

Had cat flap fitted with new glass door . These guys were great value , great communication throughout , quickest fitting time out over the others that actually got back to me , friendly fitters and Sophie in the office was especially helpful . Would highly recommend .

Nathan is very knowledge about velux skylights. He quoted a fair price. His friendly team arrived on time and did a great job. I would thougherly recommend his company.

Nathan and Jo were neat, quick and tidy, and did a great job of fixing a jammed window, and offered good advice too. Recommended.

We have had 2 Velux Windows fitted today by 2 very polite gentlemen. I would recommend this company 100% they cleared away all debris and took it away afterwards. We are very pleased with the good job they have done.

We had a new velux roof light fitted as a first time installation.
Nathan advised me on the best type of window for our roof and I found him to be very knowledgeable in general regarding my roof set up.
Sophie in sales was also very helpful in organising a convenient time/date for installation working around the weather and my shifts.
Paul and Sam did the installation and found them to be polite and very hard working and arrived early to get started.
I found the cost to be competitive and in line with what I was willing to pay.
The window has been in for nearly 3 weeks so far with a good mix of rain/hail and sunshine and seems to be fine.

Excellent service, Nathan and Jeanette arrived when they said they would. Fitted the new window glass very quickly and efficiently. I thought it was quite reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had almost a year of trying to find someone to fit our windows. Most didnt turn up, and when they did they had no clue what they were talking about/or didn't return our calls etc etc the usual. I am so pleased I found this company. Nathan outshone the rest with an obvious in depth knowledge. They were able to fit us in quickly, like they said, turned up when they said, excellent communication in between, and they did an amazing job I am so happy! Thank you!

Nathan & Joanne replaced blown Velux window today. Excellent in every respect and really pleased with installation and service. Speedy, timely and tidy! Thank you!!

I got my Velux fitted from a recommended local builder, then noticed I could see outside between ripped felt, had silicone glued tiles together O.o, the job just appeared rough.

So I emailed Nathan to query it all, as he's an approved Velux installer, and to my horror, it worse than I knew.

He was around in a shot and had his lads there two days later, who completely refitted the window, and adding felt, neatly cut those tiles, really not much to complain about at all. Solid job, fast and great service, really really pleased and would recommend highly.

Would certainly recommend them. I rarely provide reviews but was very impressed with the service provided as well as the quality of the work done.
