If I could give more than 5 stars I would, from first visit through to completion Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They restored my faith in the construction industry after an awful experience elsewhere. Nothing was too much trouble and the workmanship and level of expertise was excellent. We are hugely grateful

Had quotes from other companies for velux window replacements that were eye watering but Nathan came and told me no need to replace the whole window. He and his colleague Joanne (who are both so genuine and likeable) fitted new glass and resealed really quickly, when they said they would at a fraction of the cost of replacement! I am so pleased with the service from start to finish and I Can’t recommend enough! And Rachel in the office is lovely too! Great company and one I will use again! So happy I can see the stars again (and nosy at the neighbours)! Thanks guys

I had been trying for months to find someone to help me solve problems with my 3 large electric Velux windows. I had been told by one company that they wouldn’t be able to deal with it for several months. Then I found Blue Star Development online and sent an email outlining the problems. Within an hour of me calling someone get back to me to arrange a visit the same afternoon!! I was completely amazed and when I said I couldn’t do that Nathan came the following day. He gave me lots of advice about what to do to maintain my windows and stop any issues. He quickly identified the problems and arranged to come back the following morning with the correct part. He then repaired and serviced all the windows. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help.

Had a long standing and very frustrating leak to a keylite window. Company that fitted it failed on repeated occasions to identify or resolve the issue. In desperation turned to Blue Star after finding them on line and seeing excellent reviews. Found the service from Rachel and Nathan excellent- Nathan came out within a couple of days and using his long specialist experience of roof windows quickly identified and corrected the fault all for a very fair price. Real pride in the job and happy to guarantee all work done. Would highly recommend and if I have any further problems I would go back to Blue Star without hesitation.

Exceptional service from Blue Star Developments. Found these guys on line when our roof window failed. Initial response was rapid , contact received within an hour or two. Following some email dialogue and a few pictures a survey was arranged within a few days. Nathan the MD arrived and assessed the job , identified the requirement and ordered a replacement window. Within 2weeks the window has been replaced, the 2 lads that did the job were polite and efficient, fitted the window within 2 hours and took away the damaged window. The work was very neat and I was asked to inspect before they concluded the work. They did a great job.
Considering these guys are from Manchester and I'm in Lincoln and we are still in the middle of a pandemic with tradesmen hard to find I think this was exceptional service and would recommend to anyone.

I chose Blue Star Developments to fit my cat flap because of previous reviews on here. From the moment I messaged them the service was lightning fast. I received a phone call with an hour and an appointment the following day. Nathan turned up on time. He is a really friendly guy. The flap was fitted into my composite door extremely quickly. He was mindful of the effect the fibre glass dust may have on the pads of my cats paws and swept it up. Very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Blue Star Developments to everyone.

Thanks to these guys for fixing my velux window! Old window with a broken hinge, they assessed the problem, took the window out, replaced the hinge and put the window back in place in almost no time at all. A great job that’s saved us £hundreds. Couldn’t recommend enough

Had a cat flap fitted in a double-glazed patio door. Measured on Saturday morning and fitted the following Saturday! Great service, a really professional and clean job and the lads turned up exactly when they said they would. I’m very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Very happy with the quality of the work and the service. We had a catflap put into a glass door. From first phone call to having the catflap fitted was just under two weeks. Very professional and all work completed to an excellent standard.

Absolutely wonderful. We have a beautiful new front door, we can see through all our windows again- couldn’t be happier. The lads are really friendly, professional, swift and they arrive when they say they will. Actually go above and beyond. Our cottage is a quirky old building and they came across some “issues” as happens with old buildings. But they solved them and stayed until the job was done, despite the late hour.
I couldn’t recommend them any higher. Will use them again for other jobs.

We had been having issues with some leaking velux roof windows for a while and had been told the whole windows needed replacing. Wanting another opinion I got in touch and Nathan visited, gave some expert advice and completed the job (re-seal) at a very reasonable price. No issues since :-) Will definitely be using again and will be recommending to family & friends.

Blue star developments have restored my faith in builders, I have had 2 Velux windows fitted in my new attic room and 2 windows serviced, they installed the windows within 2 weeks of our initial phone call, the work is excellent, there attention to detail is second to know and all members of staff I dealt with are knowledgeable and I will be definitely using again. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
