Did not receive my order after waiting and still not received after 18 days…
Did not receive my order after waiting over 13 days. Poor delivery service as the company uses Royal Mail. Disappointing as a customer if the company can’t even deliver the product in time or at all! Managed to get a refund but was very disappointed as I wanted to revive the goods I had purchased. I would recommend they use a different courier service to deliver otherwise they are letting down their customers. Would not recommend buying anything from this company. Sorry!

We are really sorry to hear the Royal Mail lost your package. Unfortunately, this is something that is completely outside of our control. We dispatch orders within 24 hours on a working day and if an order is deemed lost then we always refund the customer. Lost packages rarely occur so this is an isolated issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but we have to follow protocol after an order is dispatched and accepted by the Royal Mail.
