Unable to return faulty item
Have a faulty cleancut shaver.
Have contacted many times to request returns label.
Still no returns label.
Emails are now ignored.
Not sure if the company has gone bankrupt, as contact number does not work either.

I sent an email to the company about the issue two months ago and I still haven’t received a reply. Order #148931
I received the order for the “Clean & Easy Personal Home Electrolysis Kit “ from this company and noticed the following: the box was crumpled, there are dirt stains on the plastic and there are scratches on the metal of the product, all of which make me believe that the product was used, returned and delivered to me, which means that this electrolysis device (whose needle enters the person's hair follicle) is completely unhygienic.
I want a my money back. Returning the product will only lead to the distribution of this used and unhygienic product to another person which could lead to serious consequences for anyone who uses this product.
HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? I WANT A REFUND!

We are extremely sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our service. As soon as we received this review, we searched our emails and records but could not find any trace of your complaint. Maybe you sent it to the wrong email address? Did you attempt to call us or use our live chat facility? In any event, if we had received such a complaint then we would have asked you to return the product for a full refund. That is our standard procedure. We definitely do not want unhappy customers.
No shipping update since dispatch
Although the product arrived later than expected, the customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. I really appreciate the support and communication

We are sorry to hear your package took so long to arrive, but it was delivered on 30th April 2025. Your order was received on Saturday 29th March and it was posted from the United Kingdom on Monday 31st March using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed postal service. It seems to have been held by Italian Customs for over 20 days! Most companies do not ship internationally because it can take a long time for packages to arrive at their destination. However, we serve customers all over the world because they cannot easily purchase the products we sell. 99% of our international customers really appreciate that we continue to serve them and understand fast delivery is not always possible. Please contact your postal service in Italy and file a complaint with them. Again, we apologise that your order took a long time to arrive, but ultimately we no control over Italian Customs procedures and processing times.

The website was easy to use, items were reasonably priced, received my product on time no hassle & most importantly they have a phone number where you don’t wait on hold for ages with silly options, just straight through to an actual human & the lady was very polite & helpful. Highly recommend this company

Sadly impossible to use
I had to return the product. It’s incredibly fiddly and difficult to use on yourself. It needs an overhaul in terms of design and ergonomics.
