Unfortunately, you entered an incomplete shipping address so we had to wait for you to reply to our inquiry e-mail before we could dispatch your order. Once you replied, we posted your order via Royal Mail International economy service and it was delivered within their stipulated 2 weeks time frame. Please note that packages leave the UK within a few days and then are subject to transit times and Customs clearance in your local country, which we have absolutely no control over.

Very Helpful Retailer
I shop a lot online and very often find it almost impossible to speak to reps who are knowledgeable about the products their company sells. This is probably because so many large retailers simply outsource to third party companies like Realperson. Body4real on the other hand are a small company who make every effort to help their customers. I have purchased from them several times and always find their staff to be friendly and very informative. All retailers should strive to be this good... Oh well, I can only hope!
