Having never ordered from Bodycare2000 before I was more than happy with the service your company provided, from the easy to navigate site to the information updates the swift delivery and the items being received in perfect condition and well packaged. Ordered on 26th august, now 4th sept, still not despatched, emailed twice, second email answered saying they would look into it within 48 hours.Website says all emails answered within 1 day?
Hopefully order will arrive, but wont use again, too slow.

Very slow despatch
Ordered items on a Friday lunchtime and goods were not despatched until the followingTuesday, so I did not receive my order until the Friday. Did not expect it to take 3 working days to pack 2 tubs of hair gel.

Wow hair cover up
Haven't used this product much yet but was recommended by a lady at work who uses it in between colours to touch up her roots and I would never have known, quick and easy to use no mess and washes out so no harsh chemicals.
