The team at Bolton Reed were very professional and after I have the solicitors who dealt with our house purchase authorisation to liaise with Bolton Reed we had nothing more to do than wait for the payment in our account from HMRC which was paid promptly we were not hounded for payment and as soon as we received the funds we contacted Bolton Reed to make a payment. Claim for multiple dwelling stamp duty relief. I'm not one for replying to company's who send you a letter out of the blue. but I am very glad that this time I did, as once I had made contact with Bolton Reed I was soon assured that everything was legitimate. I had to do very little to process this claim. And within a short amount of time I received a refund straight into my bank account for government stamp duty. After receiving a letter from Bolton Reed explaining that I may be entitled to a 'stamp duty' rebate, I phoned them and they confirmed the likelihood and offered to pursue a claim with relatively minimal charges on a no-win-no-fee basis. The staff at Bolton Reed gave clear professional explanations, and advising that they would conduct the application and keep me informed - which gave me confidence to engage their services. Having signed their return-post letter and informed them of my conveyancing solicitor, Bolton Reed completed the application on my behalf including negotiation to obtain my conveyancing documents.
