Further to this you o ly have one year from point of sale to reclaim this and had they not approached me in time this money would have never been recovered, throughout this they kept contact in a very timely fashion and very amicable personalities too, I'm not being buoyant out of result, this was a professional service carried out by professionals.

After throwing away two previous letters from other companies, believing them to be scams, Bolton Reed's correspondence explained everything in a way that compelled us to call them.

I asked several times during the process what the potential ramifications of this were and was told none.

I am now being charged council tax on 2 properties rather than 1. Bolton Reed are saying it is nothing to do with them or this process.

I have spoken to the council and they have informed me it is to do with this process.
