It arrived on time and in perfect conditions as always.

Ordered two Books- only one has arrived! I was told that the second one was on its way on the 3rd of March it is yet to arrive!

As usual the delivery was rather fast and without a problem. The same goes when I order books as a present for friends in other countries.

I ordered two books at the same time. One was delivered close to my apartment while the second one was delivered in a store far from where I live and work, in a very inconvenient location and with very inconvenient opening hours. At no point was I given an option to choose a different location and two days after the book arrived I was sent a message that within three business days of its arrival the book would be sent back if I not pick it up. It was a real hassle to get the book.

Order didnt reach me and they were so kind as to issue me a replacement free of charge 😊

I was a little scared reading the reviews, but I had such a good experience with Book Depository! I order 3 books and they came in less than a week, perfectly packed. I'll definitely buy again from their site.

I recently returned a book to them for a refund as it was rather disgusting. They have never refunded me, saying they never received it. Every other package I have sent out to other people has been received over the past few months. Hm.

Great variety of books and fantastic delivery experience. They added the possibility of tracking your order which was the only thing I thought they lack. Delivery to Argentina usually takes less than expected/indicated when you purchase and packaging is fantastic. No customs proceedings are necessary and books are delivered to your door by regular post. I know books are sometimes more expensive than other online bookstores, but variety, free shipping and tracking really compensate for that.

I am buying at your excellent shop already for eighteen or twenty years. YOU ARE GOOD! You have wide range of books, your prices are affordable, you deliver WW cost-free - Thanks for all these. However, you do not carry old titles, really second or thirdhand books that have very little demand. I understand this is not profitable, unworthy from pure business point of view. But this is exactly the extra value that I am looking for. I believe I'm not the only booklover who looks for this merit at his favorite book supplier.

Avoid at all costs! I got this recommended to me in order to get a copy of a book with an old cover. I specifically picked the one I wanted (they had multiple covers advertised as separate items) on top of that waiting 2 weeks for delivery - only to find out in disappointment, that they sent me the wrong book! Upon getting in touch with customer service they weren’t helpful at all and said “they can’t guarantee which cover you get” but if that’s the case, then why on earth would you let customers select the one they want?? They are completely unprofessional and as a business owner myself, this is not how you treat your customer nor is it how you fix an issue that was made by your staff.

I simply love bookdepository.com, and I buy all my books there.
