Really interesting read with a viewpoint I hadn't seen before.

I received a message that the book was on his way and then I never knew what happened to it. I never received it but I paid before. I asked for refund, I hope that at least this I'll receive without more problems.

Great experiences with several orders so far, they books come in a reasonable time and are good quality. Have ordered to US and UK and had good results. Recommended.

I always get fast, efficient service when I order from the Book Depository. And they have a great selection of books!

Most importantly I found it impossible to find what had happened to my order, seven days after having paid for the book’ which was supposed to have been delivered by now.
Very poor.

Generally speaking, I love BookDepo. I regularly order my tech books from them as they are reliable, fast, affordable, and have quite a good stock that they ship in a neat, safe packaging.
For this particular order, the same is almost entirely true. This time, however, there was a slight delay between my order and the time the books were dispatched (12 days, exactly), and the package took more than a week to arrive, so this time it was a somewhat lengthy wait.

I'm not sure I can say anything that I haven't said before, but you guys are exceptional and an expat's lifeline to U.K. books! Shane Waley of the Spybrary Podcast put me onto you and I'll always be grateful that he did.

I'm an avid fan of this website. I've already ordered from them many times and have no reason to complain.
On the beginning of Feb I ordered 2 books, one got here super fast, as per usual, but, unfortunately, the other one got lost in transit. Upon contacting customer service they promptly offered me either a refund or replacement.
I truly recommend this website as it is affordable and has every book you can think of.

I have purchased 2 books that were difficult to find in my area from Book Depository. I’ve had a wonderful experience. I receive updates on my items, the items have arrived as expected in a timely manner, and the fees are amazing. I will definitely continue to purchase from Book Depository.

I’ve ordered plenty of times over the years (perhaps avg 3 books a year) from book depository and never had a problem with deliveries, price or product.

Books of the world despatched to the world. Great company , great service and brilliant customer service . The site has great book choices, great prices and amazing discounts.Books arrive in mint condition always along with beautiful bookmark and well packaged.

Tried Book Depository Xmas 2021 and spent nearly a month trying to find out what had gone wrong with my order. Customer has to do all the chasing so decided never to use them ever again. However I relented recently as they had two books I really wanted for delivery to London. It is a repeat of the nightmare in 2021 and most recent email tells me to wait 5-10 weeks if they don’t arrive and then start the refund process then! Unbelievable, customer has to do all the leg work again. Am taking this further, it’s a disgrace and avoid them at all cost.

I had to take a taxi to pick it up my last two books. I can't order books under these conditions.
The delivery company gave me no options even close to my neighborhood.
I can ONLY pick up books at the Zol Stock store on Haemek Street Carmiel. It's just down the street.
Please share this with your delivery people so I can order more books from you.

I apreciate good price and smooth delivery to Czech Republic within about two weeks after placed order. Only one tip for improvement is packaging of book, using humidity protection package would be good to avoid book damage in case of wet weather during shipment.
