Book Depository 

I'm staying in an Airbnb for several months and because Book Depository didn't advise me that my book had been delivered it sat in the apartment's letterbox until the host checked the letterbox which he does only periodically. Every other supplier e.g Amazon sends a text and email that my package has been delivered.

Very good process from ordering to delivery. The book was in perfect condition and I was very glad to get it so quickly.

First time I have ordered from Book Depository. My book arrived in great shape and although it took a little longer than I had anticipated, it did come from Europe. I had not read the other reviews prior to ordering it, so I think my experience was better than some. I purchased from Book Depository primarily based on price.

Bought for a friend’s 1year old and she loves flap books. My own granddaughter has this book and I’m a big fan of anything that promotes equality and empowerment. Book arrived as ordered - took a bit longer than I’d hoped but would definitely buy from Book Depository again.

books arrived on expected dates and nicely packed. really appreciate the bookmarks which really are nice.

I recieved my books sooner than anticipated and it was very well boxed. The books were in mint condition and the film was intact. I'd probably buy again <3

Unfortunately I am still waiting for two books ordered in November last year. After two conversations with different customer care employees, I was told that my order was probably lost in the transit, buy that they will reorder the books for me....well, it is almost March now and still nothing. And I live in Europe by the way. I am very sad, I really wanted those books with all my heart.

I've ordered from Book Depository on many occasions over the years. My books have always been delivered within the time estimated, free of charge, and as described on the website. I've been very happy with their service so far. From Australia

The free delivery is the icing on the cake. streets ahead of your competitors for price. i have dealt with book depository since 2017 and bought over 150 titles and never had a problem

I'm buying from Bookdepository from Europe! Their website states all prices are inclusive of VAT and I have received books without needing to pay VAT again upon arrival.

However for some reason I ended up having 2 books getting charged VAT of a total of 27 usd twice. More than the cost of the books.

Sarah was very helpful and refunded me the VAT for the first book, but for the second book it took almost 2 weeks to get the refund and the other staff members just stopped replying to me??

Again I got in contact with Sarah about the 2nd book and she handled the second book refund super smoothly.

The book arrived within the time frame announced by Book Depository

I ordedred a book on 2 of February as a birthday gift for my husband. I expected it to arrive on time. On 21 of February I still didn't have any book or order notification. First of all I had to look for another birthday gift in a rush and felt extremely blue. After more than 20 days I started to enquiry where is my order and the company sent me the order info, where they confused numbres and send it to the wrong address. For my request to refund me my money, they started using all possible apologises... I'm sooo embarassed... 1. Spoiled birthday; 2. Long waiting time; 3. No book in the end as the adress was confused; 4. No refund; 5. Awful mood...
I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER.

I ordered 2 books. All it says in order history, processing.

Very wary now after reading reviews before,

Tried contacting via the email stated here, and guess what BOUNCED.

Have they gone BUST!

Either send my books or immediately refund. That’s all I want.

Don’t use, what they advertise, it seems they don’t have.

Paid for a pre order, waited 18 months, emailed to ask what was happening , they said it would arrive soon, waited another couple of months, they then cancelled and refunded the order so I missed my chance to buy this book from anywhere else.

Great response time, reasonable prices.
On the flip side, I ordered 7 books and each arrived separately and to different locations

The book depository is really quite special. The books always arrive in perfect condition. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Book Depository offers a huge range of books. Over the years, I have bought many books from them & they are packed well & come in good condition. The two minuses are too many advertising emails & the delivery/courier service they use in my country. The latter always asks where they should deliver, giving me a list of places & then decides on its own where to deliver -- even to another city! After more than "numerous" email exchanges with Book Depository's representatives whose English was questionable, I was told they'd look into the issue. It didn't resolve the problem. The next shipment also went to a place I didn't choose. I didn't both with the following shipment - which may be my last from Book Depository. I'll check out other options.

Great selection, good price & delivery

All good no complaints. Will use book depository again.
