I believe I joined this service in 2013. Since joining ive rented a catalogue of games from the PS3 generation up until now. Its absolutely amazing on how much money ive saved. I think its nearly 14 grand and counting. Great service guys. Keep of the excellent work!

Great value for money, games sent out quickly, saved me a ton of money on games that I would normally complete but not come back to and let me play games I wouldn't normally try because of the price of buying them.

Been using boomerang for over 10 years now. Well worth it for games I'm only going to play once. Usually get games within a day or two of release date if I have added them to my list and have a space clear. And a lot of the time I have recieved a new game just 2 days after posting a game back (with proof of postage). Great service.

What a great service, I have no problems with them at all, I have been with them for many years now and saved myself alot of money too.

The best game rental company around
Very fair pricing, great customer support, and swift free delivery and returns on all games. Waiting times aren’t too long at all. There’s even a generous bonus points scheme for if you have to wait a long time, which got me about 10+ free game rentals (can also be used for a free month, or discounts on buying games from them)
A few disks have gone missing in the post when I returned them, about three, and I was terrified that would look suspicious on my end. However, each time it has happened, they’ve been very understanding. They didn’t fine me, as long as I agreed to stay subscribed for further months, which I felt was a very consumer friendly practice. Try to get proof of postage when you return your disks to avoid this. People exploiting business can really harm them, especially when they’re as fair as Boomerang.
Compared to every other subscription service, they’ve been very modest with their prices too. They sent a very apologetic message about having to raise their price for the first time in over 10 years of business, and even then it was only a very minor bump of about 5%. Versus other companies who are now charging 50% more each month whilst adding adverts and hidden fees on top.
Support this company, seriously. I’d hate for them to go out of business. I had to cancel after years of using them, but only due to my own poor financial situation. Looking forward to using them again one day, as they saved me a ton of money (£4338, as they shared with me in my cancellation email!) - renting games is a much safer and smarter way of spending your money, especially with the level of deception in the gaming industry right now.

Amazing company
Really surprised to see the bad reviews. This company is amazing. Game lost in the post, no problem, waiting a week for a dispatch, get points towards a bonus rental or a free month. Responses to queries have always been quick. I've saved myself £2,609 since being with them, knowing it's only cost a few quid to try a game then instantly send it back if i dont like it, I've got to try games I wouldn't go and buy for £60.

So far so good! I started out on Priority 1 and received my first chosen game within a couple of days, then upgraded to Priority 2, selected another game and again received within a couple of days.
Had some issues when signing up but the customer service via twitter was fantastic and prompt at helping me.
Very much recommend!

Why would you rent anywhere else
This service is just incredible the despatch of games is quick and efficient, the customer service is second to none. The only one down side to it is the payback point, that gets dropped to zero after a certain time, so if your trying to save them up for the bigger redeem rewards then you have no luck in reach those goals.

Great service
Really good service if you don’t mind waiting for new games! Every now and then you will get lucky with new releases and get them the day of, just make sure you have a slot available for a good amount of time beforehand. Extremely quick to respond to queries, I’ve never had a problem with them. To date I’ve saved nearly £2,500 by using them, you can’t go wrong really. I don’t always need games as soon as they release, so if that’s important to you then I suggest buying yourself but otherwise you’ve always got a chance with these guys.
My only exception is that a lot of games on my list have never changed from long wait. Some of them are older titles, and none that I’m in any rush to play, but I’d be concerned if I was waiting on any.
In terms of a money saving service and ease of access for games and communication, you really can’t go wrong with these guys. Top drawer.

Generally a great service
On the whole a reasonably-priced and great service which I've used at various points during this console generation and last.
The bulk-buy deal represents great value. What should also be praised is Boomerang's excellent customer service and attentiveness.
Only once in all that time has any disc ever failed to appear. It seemed to have got lost in the post. Otherwise, deliveries have always been prompt.
I've been delighted that I've been able to play and platinum all of the big-hitters that had been top of my wish-list.
The website itself is a bit old-fashioned and clunky. Plus it does feel like some of the (estimated) wait times just don't update very often. This means that you either a) play something you're not very interested in, or b) that you will have to wait for something you really want.
I've very much enjoyed my time with Boomerang; I always recommend it to others, especially anyone who likes a self-contained narrative type campaign that can be completed over the course of a few days.
However, I'll be leaving the service at the end of my current bulk-buy period. Part of the reason for that is that there just aren't enough big new (disc) releases that excite me, for me to justify continuing.
