Good service but still need together used it

I went to Boots Sears park branch today the audiologist was excellent helped in every way she could. Explained how to care for hearing aids. Could not be more pleased

Had a great experience with Elin today! She really made the whole experience of getting hearing aids so seamless. We really appreciate it :)

I recently had an appointment with Elin in audiologistics at Boots High St B'ham..She was a joy from the start with a wonderfu smileyl friendly manner ☺️..She went above and beyond and i give her10/10 for great customer service ..Well done Elin i give praise where it is due 👍👌...

Elon Lee was very professional extremely kind and very patient. I was very nervous but her very friendly manner helped to put me at ease and give me confidence, This was on all three appointments l had with her.

I attended an appointment with my dad to see Elin at the Birmingham store and she was amazing with him from start to finish. She kept my dad at ease, reassuring him and talking through the process with patience and kindness. Without her professionalism and knowledge, I have no doubt that my dad wouldn’t have gone through with having hearing aids after myself and my sister trying to convince him for years. My dad walked out of his appointment feeling confident and with a new lease of life, thankyou Elin for all of your help!

i went for a test on ears in birmingham city centre , i was called in ask various questions no real test was done on ears at all , i was out in abt 3 mins .. think this was due to me saying nhs when asking questions .. it was not a earing test at all .. if i said i was paying it would have been a proper test to see what aids they could sell me .. would not tell anyone to go if on nhs .. i done feed back when they sent it me on email .. had no reply from them .. she did not even pick up on my ear condition at all ..which i have had for years ..

What can I say a first class service from Boots and in particular Elin Lee. Friendly, helpful and nothing too much trouble. No rush, no pressure sales and lots of help and advice.

My morning appointment at my branch was cancelled at short notice. Managed to get another appointment on the same day at another branch which saved a wasted day.

I had a consultation with Elin.

She was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions honestly.

She showed me how to fit the hearing aids and nothing was too much trouble for her

Elin Lee was professional, courteous and empathetic. I knew my current hearing aids were no longer meeting my hearing requirements. Elin went to great lengths to match my current needs to new hearing aids. She was also mindful of my budget. I am delighted with my new phonak hearing aids ! Elin must be commended for the patience and enthusiasm she showed when working with me and my hearing concerns. She is a definite asset to Boots Hearingcare!

Had a very thorough hearing assessment with Elin. She listened to my concerns and explained the tests and results. She then went through the different types of hearing aid available. I was put under no pressure in deciding which one I felt was best for me. Thank you, Elin.

I attended Boots hearing clinic at 9.00am for a full hearing test carried out by Elin . The test lasted for about 30 minutes. She also examined my hearing aids to make sure they are working correctly. The whole experience was very professional and friendly. I would have no problems in recommending the clinic other people.

My brother and I took our mother to separate appointments with Elin.

We're both in complete agreement that she was exceptional, both in explaining things to all of us and how attentive and patient she was
with mom.

Mom has resisted/refused aids for more than a decade, but Elin showed mom how beneficial the aids are and how discreet too. She made everything so easy to understand.

Booked two appointments for hearing tests and they cancelled them both, the second one when I was in the waiting room. Completely unprofessional. Unless you have a lot of time to waste go elsewhere

I had Elin as my Audiologist and she was extremely attentive to my hearing needs and very knowledgeable and professional. Elin took time to ensure I had the correct hearing aid and explained everything to me and my wife. We were both very happy with the service.

I booked a hearing test because there had been quite a marked change in my hearing. I initially had a 15 minute appointment with Elin. She looked in my ears and showed me that my ear drums were scarred from the many ear infections I'd had as a child over 45 years ago. Elin conducted my hearing test and it was discovered that I have severe hearing loss in my both of my ears with almost profound hearing loss in my left ear. She made an appointment for me to return the next day to complete the test and to get hearing aids. I returned the next day and was fitted with my hearing aids. Yes they were very expensive, but after all I could finally hear properly, something that in hindsight, I had missed out on all this time. It's amazing to be able to hear the world in all of its noisyness. Elin was absolutely brilliant throughout and she is a credit to Boots hearing care. Highly recommended!!
