The professionalism of all the staff at the hearing centre, in particular two of the audiologists. Appointment times were kept and the audiologists explained in detail the FHA assessment process and the calibration process of the new hearing aids. I am very pleased with the new hearing aids and the aftercare service offered.

I am staying in Bromley for several months. My new Phonak hearing aids were fitted in NZ two months ago. I was having issues with one Phonak Hearing aid so I sought help from the Boots Bromley Hearing team. I was willing to pay to have the troublesome hearing aid checked and cleaned. However, the audiologist allocated to meet with me was unhelpful and unsympathetic. She called up the Boots rules on her computer and refused to help me unless I agreed to pay an annual service fee of £500. I found the Boots Ear Health area to be an empty and unattractive place to visit and there was zero interest in helping solve my fairly minor hearing aid problem. So, instead I visited Amplifon Hearing in Bromley Centre. There I was greeted with professional and friendly help. My hearing aid was quickly cleaned. I purchased a drying kit at a reasonable price and I was on my way within ten minutes with my problem solved. I throughly recommend Amplifon Hearing to everyone. I would recommend Boots Hearing Clinic to no-one!

I have always had helpful treatment at Boots Hearing in Bromley but today the young man who dealt with me - Kushani - was truly exceptional. He displayed great warmth and patience and was clearly very knowledgeable. He spent time solving my problem. Boots are very lucky to have him on their staff.😊

I like the staff I've met. I don't rate the IT or the centralised phone system. The IT feels in need of improvement

I went to Boots Hearing center in Bromley Kent with my 82 year old Mum. She had been having lots of problems with her hearing aid and no one seemed to be able to help. We saw a wonderful man called Mohammed Hussain, he was super helpful, kind, clear speaking with enthusiastic knowledge to help us, he explained the options clearly and improved my Mums hearing immediately. This was such a relief for my Mum that it brought her to tears. Hearing in older people is so important for quality of life and feeling part of the community and social circles. Mohammed made this possible and helped my Mum with so much empathy and understanding it was a delight to meet him. Thank you Mohammed, so grateful, this has changed my Mums world. :)

Fatima is an amazing audiologist - was very thorough and sorted out my issues immediately also referred me to GP as needed.

I purchased my hearing aids from Boots Bromley some years ago after excellent help from their expert Luke choosing and paying over £2k after being told they come with "lifetime guarantee". Subsequent annual check ups and good service with adjustments etc. I eventually had a problem with the charger and that was replaced free of charge. However there have been different staff since Luke moved on, mostly good, but one that I asked not to see again. On my check last October I was told there was a build up of wax and an appt was booked at £60 to remove. Gent there very helpful and said such a tiny amount he could not charge for, very fair and appreciated.. Back to test on a new appt and was told the lifetime guarantee has been removed and mine approaching the end of their life and no adjustments made. I assume there has been a change in selling requirements for staff and there was some pressure. Recently one aid had broken plastic pad so it was sent back to Phonak with a £90 charge , the gentleman telling me that I would need to book an appt when it was back so it could be adjusted. Not away long so having been told it was back appt made. When I went to collect it was literally a case of there it is, try it, OK well that's it. Three minutes top. No check for adjustment and getting home I realised that it had now a much larger and uncomfortable rubber ear piece. Pleased I had bought spares before so I could continue to use it. I may need to update later this year and I know over £2k so will be considering after many years of good service whether phonak and Boots are what I should go for again, No doubt staff have sales targets but I do miss the caring service being replaced by somewhat hard selling.

I had an appointment at Bromley’s Glades store. After a drive of nearly 2 hrs I arrived early for my 4 pm appointment.
My booking was for an ear impression for some custom ACS plugs, this was the earliest appointment available and needed to be done as my Wedding is 1 month! .

Somehow I managed to get there a day late on my booking - as you can imagine I felt that wave of No way ..!

After establishing that there wasn’t an appointment available ,Harry Bridges came over with a calm smile and looked into options. Very professional, Harry updated me the live situation which wasn’t looking good as there was no availability. Harry told me that he would check my ears for wax as this would be helpful for a rescheduled session . After an inspection he somehow managed to get Ms Fathima Aktar to check my ears for wax. Not only was this down but Fathima made time to successfully make my ear impression moulds.
Fatima was so personable and knowledgeable about my ear issues .
After thanking Harry and Fatima I left with a bounce in my step.
Knowing I would be able to dance with my bride without noise sensitivity issues.

Harry and Fathhima made my experience run like I was in a Boots TV Ad.
Thet both went above and beyond and are a true asset for a boots Hearing care.

My faith in the human race has been boosted and if there are any awards available they should both be in the line up.

The audiologist, Harry, was friendly, helpful and very professional. I was so pleased I went for a test even though everything was ok. Excellent service!

Very happy with the service I have received so far

The staff at boots in Bromley were very helpful and very efficient. The hearing service is excellent and very thorough. The young lady who did my hearing test was very helpful and made me feel at ease, I felt that I had a very good test with someone very efficient. I cannot fault the service I received from everyone it was above excellent.

The appointment was on time and the audiologists was very professional.

I was very impressed with the treatment and knowledge of the audiologist. She fully explained the findings and was a very polite and personable. Would highly recommend the service

The lady also so I think it was called Rachel. She was very professional and thorough and taught me through my options. I ended up buying new hearing aids and it’s been amazing. I can’t explain the difference. I’ve been out socially and not miss the conversation and the TV has been so clear. I can’t tell you how pleased I am.

Everything was explained well and I was made to feel comfortable with the process at all times
