My hearing aids were not functioning and she made the appropriate alterations there and then to my hearing requirements and returned the aids for servicing providing me with an interim set to use. I only wish the UK wide system having sent out an invitation to make an appointment, would either answer their phone calls or respond to emails. I had to make an appointment again this year direct with Boots Dundee.

Very efficient and customer friendly service

Laura Lilburn at Boots Hearingcare in Dundee is brilliant. My husband is 80 years old and is not tech savvy but Laura has the most patience and sorts him out every time. She knows her products so well and is such a good technician. Could not recommend her enough.
