My charging station had stopped working so popped into Boots as I was in the town that day. Although Laura wasn’t available at the time, the receptionist took my name and phone number and passed my charger on to Laura for her attention. Later that day, I had a phone call from her to say that she had replaced the unit and was ready for collection. As I live a distance from the town, she offered to post it out to me. My unit arrived the next day! Excellent service, thankyou Laura.

Laura has been looking after my hearing needs for 4 years now. She mixes a professional approach with a warm smiling personality, and makes each visit something to look forward to. I am happy to recommend her to my friends.

Laura provided a very friendly, helpful and professional service when I visited recently.

My experience of hearing loss diagnosis and hearing aid recommendation and fitting was excellent. Laura and her team were clearly committed to achieving the best outcomes for their patient. They were very patient over the first few months of wearing the hearing aids to ensure the best possible configuration for my needs.

Don’t normally write reviews but wanted to say I was very impressed with Laura the Audiologist at Boots Dundee. My mother in law was a bit apprehensive about her hearing test but Laura put her at ease straight away. Very friendly and professional service.

It has been a few years since I last had my hearing tested but I knew fully what to expect. I have used Boots before for eyecare so I expected a similar high level of service and I was not disappointed in any way. Laura, my audiologist, was knowledgeable and informative and put me at ease as soon as I walked into the room.

I’ve had hearing loss for @35 years from my armed service. In that time I’ve used NHS and private companies to provide my hearing aids. They have all been helpful, however, after making an appointment at Boots Dundee with Laura and her team, my hearing ability has been enhanced through their products and knowledge. They were very thorough and listened to my needs, coupled with my hearing test results. From that we decided on a product which would help my hearing and help me from feeling as isolated. For the past 4-5 months I’ve benefited from wearing the Phonak over the ear hearing aids. The quality and control I have over my devices has made my life so much easier and less embarrassing. I am able to stream my phone calls and music direct to my hearing aids which means I no longer have to strain and concentrate on trying to hear. Along with the mobile phone app I have complete control over preset settings for different noise environments.

As well as the devices themselves, Laura, Darren & Bethany have delivered a 5 Star service. They use their skills and knowledge to make sure I get maximum benefit from my devices. They are always willing to listen to me and make small changes to my devices which makes huge changes to my hearing experience.

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services and will gladly use them to help my assisted hearing experience evolve with modern and affordable devices.
