Mike at Boots Loughborough was brilliant.
He was caring and understanding and took things steadily with my Dad.
My Dad didn't think he was deaf - even though we kept telling him he had problems.
Since he has had his hearing aids - it is as if he is getting his personality back - we hadn't realised how his deafness was subduing him over the years - what a difference they are making in so many ways, for my Dad and for us.
My Dad is more himself, more confident and alot brighter in himself - I never realised what a difference getting hearing aids would make.
For anyone who is unsure or nervous - don't be, take that step - it is amazing what a difference it can make

This would have been a 5 star review if Boots' systems and methods were better; my audiologist is unable to make tweaks to my hearing aids set up without me visiting the branch. Surely the functionality can be made available for him to do it remotely, saving me a 24 mile round trip every time.

I had heard from a friend that Boots private hearing aids were good. I had a trial with the top of the range L90-R. The consultant explained how to use the aids and the improvement in my hearing was impressive. He was patient and didn't go into too much detail.

The audiologist was very friendly and professional. Everything about the test was fully explained and the results discussed with me. A full explanation of my hearing loss was given and the opportunity given to discuss various solutions without pressure to commit.
