I had a great experience at Boots Hearingcare in Nottingham Victoria Centre. The staff were knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, from the initial hearing test to selecting the right aids with helpful advice. They provided patient and caring service, with an interest-free payment option which made things easier. I was also impressed with their support in fixing my mum’s charger issue by lending us one in the meantime. Overall, a thorough and empathetic service, making a positive impact on our daily lives.

My Hearing Aid Audiologist was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. She explained everything, from the hearing test through to operating and using the hearing aids, in a clear and comprehensive manner. Customer Service is amazing, with access to further appointments whenever requested and unlimited. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this service.

The person who I had the appointment with was friendly and talked me through all my options, instructed me on how to use the app with ease, very understanding on how deaf I am without my hearing aids, so I didn't feel silly when I could hear her when I had to take them out.

I knew my hearing was deteriorating as I had been tested at Boots a few times over the last few years . When I was unable to hear the TV at normal volume and I was missing out on conversation- I booked in for another check. Annette did the test and referred me to Salma for a full investigation. She explained everything very clearly and gave me options for aids , without any pressure to buy. I selected what seemed best with her advice, and returned a couple of weeks later for my fitting. Carolina was extremely helpful and caring. I opted for interest free payment , which spread the cost nicely - and Carolina was very patient with me as I added on to my order a TV booster. All round excellent service and great product. And I can hear the TV normally now .

My experience was good with the first visit then second can't remember name of firts and practishner both were very cordial towards me answering my questions yeah no complaints

Took my mum to Boots Hearing as she was having a problem with the charger for her Phonak hearing aids (one worked the other didn't). Alesha saw us and was so helpful and caring to my mum, who obviously couldn't hear well. We have been loaned a charger while mum's is sent away to be repaired. Thanks Alesha for being so kind, helpful and really pleasant.
