After attending appointments for free hearing tests I was very impressed with how professional the audiologists were, Saffijah was very pleasant and made me feel at ease with her friendly manner, everything was fully explained in great detail there was no pressure to purchase expensive hearing aids a wide choice was on offer and each level of hearing aid explained I did purchase the premium aids, but this was entirely my choice so far they have been very comfortable and the difference they have made is remarkable

VERY VERY EXPENSIVE, went to another specialist did very similar ear aids for me at £1500 instead of £3400 what a total rip off

The whole process went smoothly, from deciding I needed to get my hearing checked to coming home with 2 hearing aids.
The test is very simple and not embarassing at all. the results were explained and provided answers to why I can't hear the phone ringing. There was another test and life style questions to decide which aids would suit me best. Great advice from the audioligist.

The Audiologist, Saffiya, at Boots, Ventura Park, Tamworth made myself and my wife feel very much at ease throughout the whole time of my visit.
She explained everything about the range of hearing devices and instead of trying to persuade me to take up the most expensive ones, saying these are best suited to my needs etc, she helped me to choose the more appropriate level of hearing aids that would be most suitable to my work and lifestyle, which I thought was extremely thoughtful of her to go the extra mile in pursuit of customer satisfaction.

Saffyah at the Tamworth branch was understanding, kind and listened to my issues and concerns. She didnt do the "hard sell" leaving the product to do the "selling". As a life-long hearing aid user with the NHS now almost 60 I was blown away by the clarity, comfort and technology available, becoming quire emotional when I realised I could have better hearing.
