From start to where I am now Saffiyah made me feel important and comfortable. I have always hated anyone 'messing' with my ears but she put me at ease immediately and listened to me and my issues. I came away from our first meeting sensing a life changing moment was just around the corner and that is where we are now. I collected my new aids yesterday and the difference is fantastic. I will be giving them a month (due to holidays) and see her on my return but am already confident that all will be quite superb. Thank you Saffiyah, you really have changed my life.

Visited Boots Hearingcare in Tamworth was greeted by Saffiyah Khan, who was extremely welcoming and put me at ease straight away. I noticed her 10 year Award Certificate of service to the company, which also gave me reassurance that I was in very capable hands. A great ambassador for your company.

Saffiyal, was very knowledgeable and confirmed my hearing was excellent for my age.Also very punctual.

I have really been taken care of with my hearing tests with a very kind and pleasant lady at my local Boots Store in Tamworth

Very professional and pleasant audiologist. Information clearly and sympathetically passed on. Very impressed by the visual aspects of the consultation, now my wife has to admit it's real hearing loss and not "selective hearing".

We went to the Ventura Park, Tamworth at the recommendation of friends. Saffiyah was amazing. She was friendly, really helpful and knowledgeable and made sure that she involved myself as the spouse as much as my husband who was the client in all the conversations and decisions. My husband had tried NHS hearing aids before but did not get on with them at all. When he did the trial, he said that he didn’t even feel them.

Having gone for a 12 month review I have been delighted with the hearing aids I was recommended last February- Saffiyah is extremely professional/helpful/understanding and a joy to visit with every appt.

I recently visited for a hearing test and to purchase new hearing aids. Saffiyah was very professional and dealt with my questions and concerns in a very caring and sympathetic manner. I haven't got my new hearing aids yet but am looking forward having them.

I was reluctant to go for a hearing test I had actually been putting it off, but I’m so pleased that I went because to Audiologist was so professional, and kind putting me at ease and explaining everything. The hearing aids were small and comfortable, my hearing was so much clearer, I cannot thank her enough.
