Just walked in with a blood shot eye and they saw me straight away. Gave a full eye examination to check that is was a burst blood vessel. Al ok.
Harrison gave the pre examination, Alice was great with the full eye test and Dan rounded everything off

Kalpna Raval was marvellous, helped us tremendously.

Excellent from start to finish, hearing test, hearing aids chosen, all fully explained. Collected hearing aids, a couple of follow up visits for slight adjustment and I can hear things I had totally forgot about. I would recommend Boots so professional and communicative.
Audiologists I met were friendly, considerate and I can’t fault the experience.

My Mum's hearind aid was defective so popped into Boots Hearcare without an appointment to see if we could get it sorted out. We expected to have to leave the hearing aid for repair but the audiologist (Shebin Joseph) was able to fix the issue on site. He also took the time to calibrate the hearing aid and check my Mum's ears. He noticed that there was an ear inflection in one of the ears and wrote a letter for us to take to the GP to get it resolved.
Shebin provided a wonderful service as we didn't have an appointment and has a very friendly, kind and patient attitude which was very reassuming for my Mum who is in her 90s.

I recently purchased a new pair of Phonak hearing aids from Boots Hearing in Uttoxeter. After one or two adjustmants, the audiologist, Gemma Brookfield suggested moulded inserts could be beneficial. These have been installed this week and a couple of small adjustments made today. The results have been quite remarkable. She has been so thorough and helpful throughout the whole process. I would recommend Boots Hearing care to anyone with impaired hearing.
