Had a fantastic experience and really glad I chose Botonics for my treatment - I should have come earlier!
I had a Botox treatment in my forehead by Naruschka Henriques who was really warm, friendly and knowledgable, she made me feel completely at ease. I was quite nervous about getting the treatment but I actually had a good time, and it didn’t hurt.
I wanted to try and improve my frown lines for my modelling, but even more so to reduce tension headaches. I came with a really bad headache that day and haven’t had one since so a complete success for me. I have had bad tension headaches on and off for years and it’s felt much better since so hopefully longer term can really help.

I was given really great information for aftercare and followed that thoroughly, and look forward to going back in a couple of weeks to check in.

I can’t stress enough how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Naruschka has been from the very beginning. I underwent Roaccutane treatment under the care of Dr. Divya at Botonics, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. Having battled severe acne for years, I reached a breaking point with over-the-counter products and antibiotics that yielded no results. The NHS waiting list seemed endless, pushing me to seek alternative solutions.

I used Botonics for Roaccutane – this is my second round of the treatment and used them previously as well. My cystic acne unfortunately returned about a year after completing the first course (which was successful at the time) and decided to use Botonics again after researching and comparing a few different places – they're the most affordable I could find and I knew from the 1st round they're incredibly quick. From my initial inquiry to getting the first dose was probably less than 2 weeks which was far quicker than the NHS waiting lists I tried to join.

They prompt you regularly before check-in calls with the doctor and were very quick to reply over email. And the check-ins are really quick and efficient – a few minutes to review your current progress and the opportunity to ask any questions, discuss any issues if you have them. But the most invaluable thing to me was how I didn't have to worry about refilling the prescription – it's shipped directly to your home and well in advance of running out. I was travelling a lot and never had to worry about being back in London to pick something up or that I wouldn't have enough meds to last through a longer trip.

Everyone's different! but I personally didn't have any major issues with the treatment – standard symptoms of dry lips and skin but they are manageable and worth the inconvenience. (You will suddenly need to be within 2 feet of a lip balm at all times, especially when the dosage is at it's highest). But I stopped having breakouts completely within about the first 2 months of the 6 month treatment, and the noticeably dry skin stopped in about month 3. Then it was pretty smooth sailing until the end!

I would definitely recommend them for Roaccutane treatment, if you're considering it – especially if you have chronic, cystic acne that is painful and conspicious, Roaccutane is 100% worth it.

I had treatments for a chin and lip enhancement with Naruschka at botonics. She is both very professional and caring. This is the perfect balance to make a patience feel safe and cared for. I initially had a video consultation with her where she answered all my questions leaving no concern to proceed. She also made recommendations based on what would suit my face. I expressed that I wanted a natural look, with the nature of my work being acting and me having a younger casting type- I didn’t want it to look like I had any work done, but I just wanted some enhancements such as balancing my top lip size with the bottom, and building a bit of a chin. In our first appointment, Naruschka greeted me very warmly and talked me through the process once again followed by repeating the medical questionnare. The amount of effort she put into making everything safe and smooth was appreciated. During the appointment we discovered I had a slight needle sensitivity and felt a little nauseous. She immediately stopped the treatment, provided me with a great care, lowering the seat, raising my feel and giving me a piece of candy to fix my blood sugar levels. She let me rest for as long as I needed, and continued only when I was well enough again. She then finished the treatment and suggested I would come in for a touch up to make sure everything is symmetrical and how I want it. She expressed her professionalism once again by stating how it wouldn’t be ethical to continue the injections at that moment when I felt unwell. I went in for a second appointment, and despite me being late to the appointment she once again greeted me warmly and did a great job at touching up the fillers. From the previous treatment I had a little bump on my lip which she dissolved immediately and took care of. Overall the final look was great. She also recommended great aftercare and I didn’t have any bruising. My friends and family noticed that I looked nice and slightly different, but no one could put a finger on it exactly. This is what I wanted, natural looking beautiful results. I would recommend botonics to anyone who’s considering such treatments. I will go back in the future.

I received extremely good results at the end of my treatment. My skin is clear and looks very fresh and young. I experienced dry lips and on the tops of my arms and legs but this was all remedied by using Vaseline on my lips and gentle cleansing products on my body.

I’ve had very oily skin since I was a teenager, I’m now 47, and the only thing that has ever worked for me has been Roaccutane. I have tried all different kinds of over the counter products and antibiotics but nothing has come close to the results from taking Roaccutane.

Superb customer service from the whole team at Botonics

I’ve been suffering with acne for the past 5 years, I’ve tried everything from facials, changing my skin care, diet and also working alongside my gp for 3 years. My Gp had just made my acne worse over the years, so I requested Isotretinoin and was turned down immediately.

I decided to go private and it was honestly the best decision I’ve ever made. I spent my next days researching many clinics but botonics was the only clinic that stood out to me. I called up requesting a consultation and was offered an appointment only a couple days away and asked questions regarding the treatment which were answered putting any doubts of mine away.
I found the whole process very easy and quick once my consultation was completed I provided my details and the medicine arrived within the same week !!
At the beginning I had so many questions and repeatedly emailed the team, who always got back to me so quick. They honestly made my experience so much easier for me.

I honestly wish I started my treatment sooner. I experienced no purging and no body pain. I dealt with occasional dry skin however, I was provided a cleanser, sunscreen and lotion at the beginning of my journey which helped my skin throughout the whole journey.
I’ve never felt more confident, my friends have noticed my confidence going up, this treatment was the best thing I’ve ever done and at the perfect place, with the perfect team.

For the past 8 years I’ve been suffering from a skin condition called “seborrheic dermatitis”. When the skin condition first appeared in my early teens in the form of red scaly rash on my scalp, I didn’t think much of it. However, over the years the condition got progressively worse, and it ended up on my face and chest. I would consistently be back and forth with my GP trying different treatments (anti-fungal shampoos, steroid reams, retinols, lotions, ointments…) but nothing ever worked. I eventually hit my breaking point and decided to do some research online and try and fix it myself as my GP couldn’t. That’s when I discovered isotretinoin. For many people myself included this skin condition seemed to be caused by excess sebum (oily skin ) and isotretinoin can basically fix that head on by reducing how much sebum your skin produces (making it less oily).

After finding this out I went directly to my GP who unfortunately couldn’t prescribe as it can only be prescribed by specialist doctor (Dermatologist).The GP told me they could refer to a dermatologist however the wait was around a year. I knew that was way too long to sit around and wait considering this skin condition was destroying my self-confidence .I decided to go private and that’s when I found botonics.

After checking the website and reviews this seemed to be what I was looking for. Professionalism and experience. I sent an email regarding roaccutane (isotretinoin) and the response was super quick and thorough. Cassie organised a free consultation with Dr.Gordon as well provided information relating to roaccutane. During the consultation Dr.Gordon was very informative and explained how the drug works as well as explaining side effects and anything else relating to the drug. Dr.Gordon also showed interest in what I had to say unlike my GP. After a thorough conversation Dr.Gordon agreed that I would be a good candidate for isotretinoin therapy.

Later that evening following the consultation I received an email from Cassie outlining what’s involved in the treatment plan and the costs. I knew I couldn’t sit around and wait and went right ahead and made the payment to start my treatment .Before actually starting the drug I had to take a blood test which was surprisingly easy to organise and do. After finding out everything was all and well, I began taking the drug. 2 weeks after taking the drug my skin seemed be clearing up. There were far less red flaky patches on my skin, and I felt a lot less itchy. As the weeks went by the red patches basically vanished and my skin was clearest it’s ever was. It stayed this way all throughout the treatment phase and is still looking good now 3 weeks post treatment. Luckily, I didn’t experience any of the bad side effects except slightly dry lips which I sorted with lip balm. Having monthly consultations with Dr.Gordon always felt very reassuring to me. Knowing a specialist with plenty of experience in the field was there to oversee me and make sure everything was okay always made me feel super confident in the treatment. A very intelligent and down to earth individual .

The Team at botonics (Bill, Cassie, Michelle) were also incredibly helpful. Whether that be by organising appointments with Dr.Gordon or answering questions. I never once felt l was in the dark during my entire experience with botonics. Great customer service would be an understatement. The only thing I regret is not seeking bionics out sooner. This has changed my life drastically and I am the happiest I have ever been.

I had moderate to severe acne on my chest, back and face and decided to go privately to try Isotretinoin with botonics in March/April 2023, as the NHS waiting list was at-least one year. My consultation was quick and easy, and Dr Gordon was very friendly and reassuring. There was no pressure to undertake any treatment and the consultation was free.

After my consultation, I had to undertake a blood test before I could start treatment. Despite having an issue with the first blood test, botonics sent me an extra blood test kit free of charge. I was able to undertake treatment as soon as my blood test was processed by botonics. You will have to take a second blood test a couple weeks after, but you can get both as postal kits (or you can get it done at the lab in London).

The treatment was great and I’m acne free. I had regular checkups with Dr Gordon and constant communication with the botonics team through email. Botonics is extremely responsive, and sometimes respond to my emails just 30 mins to an hour later. Exceptional service and great communication. There were always evening appointments available which meant that it would not interfere with work or any other commitments during the day.

I did have side effects from taking Isotretinoin, including dry lips, back pain, nosebleeds etc. Do let the doctor know about these symptoms in your checkups. It is also worth checking with your Doctor if your skincare routine is suitable i.e. you may be asked not to use harsh exfoliants and keep your routine simple. I would recommend investing in a good sunscreen and wearing it everyday during isotretinoin treatment. You might experience a purge/worsening of acne when you start (like I did) - this is normal and does go away. Don’t worry if your acne doesn’t start going away until a few months into treatment, it definitely takes time. Trust the process and let your doctor know of any concerns!

I would highly recommend botonics if you have severe or moderate acne and want it treated.

My initial appointment was a phone call with Dr Divya who was great and very helpful. Due to living in Wales the blood tests and pregnancy tests were sent to me in the post and I was able to start my medication within a month of the phone call.

I had regular check ins and phone calls who great and helped me with any side effects or question.

The treatment is very safe and there are monthly pregnancy tests and blood tests to check everything is going okay.

I did experienced some purging at the start of the treatment (minimal compared to living with constant acne). My skin also went quite red at very dry so I purchased some of the recommended barrier cream which helped and aquaphor for my dry lips.

The team at botonics have been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Appointments were done quickly and effectively over the phone which meant I didn’t not have to take time off work for travel I could fit check ups around my life easily.

I wish I had found botonics sooner as the NHS was not an option. My skin is amazing at the moment, it’s such a great feeling to be confident in your skin again.

I recently had a relapse of adult acne which made me very self conscious. I was keen to get it treated asap however after speaking to my GP I was told it would be around a year wait on the NHS just for an initial consultation. After hearing this, I did my own research about going down the private route and found out about botonics. I emailed them to find out about what service they offered and they were very fast in replying, they were also very helpful and got me booked in for an initial consultation which was in a week, as opposed to waiting a year.

I could also email the team whenever I needed to ask what questions and they always quickly got back to me and helped me. After just finishing my treatment, I am very happy with my results. I have not had a breakout in multiple months and my skin is completely clear and smooth. I would do this treatment again for sure if it was ever needed.
