I have been contacted to say I would receive compensation for a cancelled flight , they would take their fee and pay me the remainder of my compensation and look to do this within 14 days. 14 days passed ,I rang them and the automated reply was to email them, I did this on two consecutive days with no response. I rang again and spoke to a receptionist who advised she would pass my query to the correct team,
Two days later I have another mail to say almost the same as the first one, apart from the amount I would be receiving would be less than quoted in the first email , and that it would be paid within 14 days, after I have already waited well over the initial 14 days quoted.
I have emailed several times, and I feel that I have been treated unfairly by this company.

After a £3300 compensation claim for a motor vehicle collision you get a £300 pay out due to there fees!! I think the government should look into this as on all documents that you sign it says you will pay fees of 35% of your claim but in the small print fees are £3000 + £1000 for disbursements!! It almost feels like fraud if im being honest!! £300 to be off work when you pay your car insurance etc and especially when the crash wasn't your fault, Im just left feeling let down when surely paperwork does not cost £3k to 4k!! Pure greed!!!
Yes they will say it was made clear from the off if you read all the fine print etc but it certainly feels like this needs looking into as its a cash grab on people's insurance policies under their names, I certainly wouldn't of made the claim if id of seen that from the off but the additional expenses was sent 6 months after the claim in which I then had a choice to make of sticking with the claim or taking nothing!!

So disappointed with everything they have handled I’ve sent so many emails and they don’t bother replying back !! They have received my payment from the airline for all six passengers and not making a payment to me , no direct number to call only email , but you get no reply ? Avoid these solicitors as they behaviour is very unprofessional I’ve had no payment still !!!
