A family holiday with 17 people return journeys to Luton airport. Great service value for money. The drivers were professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you Dayo 16/8 and Nidhal 23/8. I would use Boudens again.

We booked my partners Stag trip to Liverpool and back. We could not recommend Bouden enough, the staff were helpful from the second we booked, they were happy to amend my booking when the first hotel let us down. Every time I contacted them the staff were so helpful and friendly. The drivers both showed up on time and we had contact details if we needed them on the day, the vehicles were clean and comfortable, even in the extreme heat. Could not recommend enough; and the price was very reasonable too.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. A big shoutout to Sophie from Boudens, who went an extra mile to make sure our clients had everything they needed. Great communication throughout, excellent quality coach, and fabulous drivers. Thank you - we will definitely book again!

I have decided to give four stars to Boudens for our journey made 28th June 2025 The coach when it arrived (30 minutes late) was of superior quality extremely comfortable, clean, and the interior with leather seats was a welcomed touch our driver was polite well dressed and helpful and even put the radio on to provide some onboard entertainment

We had a great experience on our minibus ride to North Wales. The journey was smooth and comfortable, and the drivers were both punctual and professional throughout. We’d definitely recommend this service and look forward to using it again in the future.

Much improved service ! Much better than the hire we had from Bouden last year for the same service and event. Communication with the booking team was far better with continued communication right up until the day before the hire, however I did have to clarify some of the finer detail I had given (having had issues previously), but this was all followed up with a phone call and follow up email.
Coach was on time each end.

First class service! The driver specifically was very helpful and accommodating making the whole passenger experience from Birmingham to Wembley a breeze.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. I wish I could have given half a star! First of all they quick to get you booked. I booked a coach for my wedding from Portsmouth to Leicester. I paid extra for a coach to have toilet and Ac for the 50 people onboard! However on the day of my wedding they sent a coach without AC and Toilet. Which then the coach had to stop a service for the 50 guest to use toilet which delayed my wedding by an hour. Also they were meant to be picked up at 11pm for return. They got picked up at 12am and got back to Portsmouth at 5am. Again had to stop in service for toilet.
When I rang the office to complain they said thier coach broke down and they had to provide a 3rd party coach so it’s not their problem even then I paid them £1600 I didn’t pay 3rd party. Don’t even call them they just some rude people behind the phone and told me to take them court which I will defo be doing.

Rude Greedy and unprofessional.

We used Bouden Coach Travel to take 19 of us to Cardiff for the Investec Rugby Final. The service was outstanding. From the welcoming team who organised the booking to the wonderful driver who managed to find short cuts to avoid the travel and was so accommodating. The terms and conditions were clearly laid out including having to pay a deposit beforehand to allow alcohol on board, which is totally understandable. Thank you to the Bouden team, we will definitely use you again..

Booked a Coach on bank holiday weekend for the Bank holiday Monday. Coach arrived on time, we all greeted the driver and shook his hand. Before the journey left I was informed the day before we could not drink alcohol on the bus. Getting to the Bus in the Morning, Our driver Mo told us we could have a drink on the bus as long as we could bag all the empty rubbish up. Continuing our journey that was 1 hour 30 all round, we stopped half way at a service station that we agreed with the driver we would. We’ve all got off the bus for a toilet break, come back to all our things on the side of the road. Coach driver not answering, owner of the company “Ryan saying we were being abusive to the driver? I organised the bus myself, not one person was intoxicated, not one person was abusive.

Even more of the Story is the owner Ryan saying to me he’s going to “spend all my £900 today” on the phone to me. I also have messages and phone recordings of it all, some of the things he says is ridiculous for a “business owner” Absolutely wouldn’t recommend this company. Unprofessional and Robbing.

Booked and paid £900 for a coach to the football. Had been told we were not allowed to drink the day before so we agreed and didnt bring any. When bus driver arrived he said change of plan, you can drink just clean up mess. So we all agreed and thanked him. We were then Forced us off at a services we did not request or even want to get off at around 30 minutes into the 1 hour 45 journey.. Ok understand that he may need a stop as well. why could we not stay on the bus? Clerly planned as we went into the services for our 15 minutes ( Which was 30 minutes to start with then we asked for 15 and it changed ) Clearly had planned it out and wanted as much time as possible. Come out to where we had earlier been forced off to no bus. Gave him an extra 20 minutes. A person then came out of the services and had alerted us to a big pile of bags, flags, coats etc. We went and looked and sure enough it was ours. We then rang through and were told we had been removed due to drinking. We explained that the driver had allowed us to take them on if we clean mess up. ( Which we did at the services ). The story then had changed and we were told 5 people had been abusive to the driver. Which as an outright lie. We all thanked him when arriving and when leaving at the services. Some of the lads had even took out cash to tip him. So where the story that we were abusive had come from i have no idea. We then realised half of our stuff was missing. Rang through and were told we are not going to be able to collect anything back or receive any refund. Thats theft. A crime. So i wouldnt use these guys if i was you. Have contacted police and higher ups to go about collecting belongings as there are coats and flags worth alot of money.

Amazing service we had the 62 seater coach we had a ball on the coach going to Wembley we had such an amazing driver 10/10 service from the minute in booked to the minute we got home we will 100% only be using them for all our trips for horse racing etc

Mini bus was spotless & very comfortable. The driver was lovely. The whole booking to droping us off after our trip was pleasant and ran very smoothly

I have used Bouden Coach Travel for quite a few airport transfers (business & personal). They are always very organised before travel day and always reliable and most friendly during the journey. Once again Bouden proved themselves exceptionally professional and flexible as we enjoyed their excellent coach facilities on a tip to London. The driver was very helpful in managing to drop as as close to our destination as possible and again worked with us to complete the pick up on a busy weekend.

Minibus was very clean, although the driver was a little bit late(20 mins) but he apologised for his lateness very comfortably ride there and back. I would use them again. Good value for money.

We have used Bouden's for a number of years. Their staff are always helpful and responsive. The coaches are clean with good facilities. Their drivers are always friendly and flexible, and it's all done at a competitive price. What more can you ask of a coach company?
