I recently had two broken necklaces belonging to my late mother made into a marlin pendant so as I could have something personal to remember her by.
I was told to try the bourne end jewellers by a friend so I went in.
they were very professional and agreed to my request on the day.
I picked up the finished pendant on Saturday morning and was delighted with the finished article.
the workmanship was superb quality and the attention to detail amazing.
I would strongly recommend their services to anyone you will not be disappointed.

First class service. I recently took a 90 year old silver trophy in to see if it could be restored as was looking very tired and battered. Richard has done an amazing job in bringing it back to its former glory. We recently had our AGM and it was given pride of place for all to see. Both the committee and the members present were a absolutely astounded by the quality of the finished product. We cannot praise you enough and not just the workmanship on the trophy, the shop staff were always helpful whenever I called for an update. Would definitely recommend.

We have been visiting this delightful jewellers for some years now, and would wholeheartedly recommend them for the wonderful treasure of well chosen pieces which cover a wide ranging price bracket. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the stock. They have undertaken commissioned pieces for us, and are also excellent at repairs. Bourne End Jewellers is always our 1st choice when it comes to chosing a new item of jewellery, and they will also source items if not in stock.......and if that isn't enough to tempt - parking is easy!

5* service from everyone at this business. From email communication right down to actually having my ring resized.
After being recommended to me from family members I decided to see if they could help me when other jewellers told me my ring couldn’t be resized. The service was amazing and I drove down from Bristol to see them. My ring was resized on the day and I’m blown away by the craftsmanship, knowledge and expertise involved. We have decided that we will be coming down to this jewellers to have our wedding rings made in the near future!

I bought the most gorgeous antique engagement ring from Bourne End Jewellers; I get loads of lovely comments about it. Jess was so lovely to deal with that I went back to them for insurance valuations for my other jewellery and the restoration of a diamond ring. They also made my wedding band to match my engagement ring and sourced beautiful earrings to match the pattern and style of my wedding dress. Wonderful pieces and great service!

The attention to detail was extraordinarily good- through the planning ,options and final delivery of a designed and manufactured bespoke piece of jewellery- the only real place to have something made by hand many thanks 🙏

Visited 8.11.18. Michele very helpful, explaining clasp options for gold chain. She phoned 9.11.18 and reported the clasp I had chosen was unsuitable and suggested an alternative. Richard "fashioned" one for me so I could see how it would work. That was real personal service in my opinion.

We use Bourne End Jewellers on a regular basis both for choosing new jewellery and also for remodelling older pieces.
Richard is very creative and the results are much admired.

This is definitely the go-to jeweller in this area and worth travelling to from further afield. It has a range of interesting and stylish brands not easily found elsewhere. It also offers quality repairs and bespoke designs. It was my first choice for a wedding ring with a difference. There is always a warm welcome and the staff are helpful and knowledgable. If only all retail experiences were like this.

I am absolutely delighted with the bespoke combined engagement, wedding and eternity ring that Richard and his team helped us to design and which they then created, combining stones that we already had in various rings.

Having ben a customer Bourne End Jewellers for a number of years, I can confirm that I’ve never been anything short of delighted with a) their service; b) their attention to detail (and my needs/desires); c) their honesty and trustworthiness and; d) their extremely high standards of workmanship (when completing repairs/maintenance work).
One of my particular ‘likes’ is the fact that many of the highly qualified and caring goldsmiths/silversmiths are female and their attention to detail is extemporary.
On a final note: I’ve never felt as though I’ve been over-charged (whatever the reason for my visit) instead I have always felt that I have received very ‘value for money’.
On the basis of the above, I have no doubts whatsoever in recommending Bourne End Jewellers, whatever the need/desire.
