I had the diamond from my engagement ring made in to a beautiful floating pendant for my daughter's 21st last Saturday. The necklace was perfect my daughter burst in to tears when I gave it to her! A beautifully made contemporary design, for a very reasonable price, and ready in good time as promised. When we went to choose the chain for the necklace the staff were really helpful, we even bought a couple of watches and a couple of new watch straps and batteries whilst we were there - all fitted whilst we waited! We have bought other items in the past - and will certainly be visiting again in the future.

I had great advice and help choosing a locket and chain as a Christmas present, as well as having it engraved, I had alterations done to a ring. The service was excellent, and a really pleasurable shopping experience.

Had not heard of this jeweller before,but they had the bangle I wanted.I recieved the bangle within days of purchasing it. It was an expensive piece of jewellry but Bourne jewellers had packaged it up with care. I would certainly recommend this jeweller for their efficiency .

My gold bracelet has a swivel lobster claw clasp. Unfortunately after wearing it daily for 8 years the spring on the clasp was broken. I took my bracelet to Jewellers in Beaconsfield, Amersham and Hatton Garden .All said that they could replace but not repair the clasp. They all offered to source and solder on an alternative clasp, for me. I wanted to have it repaired if possible, as the clasp is attractive. A friend recommended Bourne End Jewellers to me. They said they would do their best to repair it. I learned later that the springs available were not strong enough so Jeremy made a strong spring for it . He went to considerable trouble to do this, when other Jewellers would only solder on a replacement. I am over the moon and am very grateful for the support given. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone.

My engagement ring was bought from another jewelers but didn't ever fit quite right, it kept spinning round on my finger, as my knuckles are bigger than than the base of my finger. High street jewelers tried several different adjustments, so many that they had to get a new ring, as the first one had been adjusted too many times, eventually they gave up.

Bourne end jewelers were able to fit a superfit mechanism into my existing engagement ring allowing me to open the ring and slide the ring on below my knuckle, before clipping it shut. The ring now sits perfectly and Richard's work has exceeded my expectations.

My ring was a complex design but Richard also managed to make a bespoke wedding band which matches perfectly.

I have used Bourne End Jewellers time and again for purchases, repairs and even making a bespoke piece. They really are very good, caring and understanding with quality unsurpassed. Leads to a heavy workload though and you have to expect things to take a while. This recent bracelet repair took three weeks.
