We have bought a number of items from Bourne End Jewellers and on each occasion have been impressed by the quality of their service. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Anyone looking for something a bit different would do well to look here and if they don't have exactly what you're looking for they will design something especially for you.

I've known BEJ for many, many years and have returned there time and again because of their experience, knowledge and huge talent at creating bespoke beautiful jewellery. I've just ordered a signet ring for our son's 18th and can't wait to see the result.

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. They always manage to suggest the perfect present and gift wrap it beautifully. A joy to shop there.

As a local bourne end resident, I regularly shop at the jewellers for gifts and treats. recently I approached the manager to ask for support with a fundraising lunch to support a local BE charity. They coud not have been more helpful or generous. It's good to see companies with local community spirit

I have recently had two rings designed and made from some old pieces of jewellery, and I couldn't be more delighted. As a result I am now having some silver bangles made as Christmas presents for my daughters, also from old forgotten bits of jewellery. The new premises are fabulous and the staff all so helpful and friendly. They have some beautiful, unusual and interesting items for sale at reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

I needed four watch batteries put in and this was done efficiently with a very friendly service. Will definitely go back.

I had four rings that needed work and sizing, They were old rings. I took them into Bourne End Jewellers, The staff were very helpful and advised me with great experience. I asked if I could have the rings back on my birthday, I got a call on my birthday to say they ready. When I saw them they were like brand new and beautiful. Thank you to the wonderful people behind the scenes that do this work so magnificently and bring joy to people. I will definitely be visiting again.

The team at Bourne End Jewellers were really helpful in turning my initial ideas into a great design, crafted the piece perfectly and even gift wrapped it ready for the special occasion.

I wasn't able to get into the shop to make a purchase so they directed me to their on line shop as an easier way to purchase. It was so convenient - I found what I wanted straight away and even got free postage.

They were highly recommended to me and after meeting Richard for the first time I understood why. Just picked up the ring and it's wonderful. Just hope my wife likes it!
