The staff at Bourne End Jewellers are delightful and I am absolutely thrilled with the necklaces they made for me. I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend.

I have been using the Bourne End jewellery for many years and it is the go- to-place to get nice gifts for special occasions. The staff is very friendly and helpful, whether you need advice on a piece of jewellery or just want to repair something small on an existing necklace. I can only recommend Bourne End Jewellers.

Gold chain repair
Good experience, Problems repairing a gold chain but given a most acceptable discount against a replacement identical one.

What a lovely experience to go to a jewellers which had friendly efficient staff who were able to clean up a very special pair of earrings on the spot, advise on the replacement of a new chain to go with a diamond pendant and offer advice about cleaning jewellery.

I am also having a single pearl earring (I lost its partner) made into a pendant for a necklace and the quote given is very reasonable - I cannot wait to see the finished item.

I have used this jewellers for many years now, both the Bourne End branch and the previous Beaconsfield branch. I have found the staff and especially the owners to be friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable. I have never felt under pressure to buy anything and have always felt at ease just browsing. I have bought ready made items of jewellery, had valuations carried out, had items mended or altered and have also bought customised items. When planning and ordering customised pieces I have never been made to feel embarrassed because I'm working within a small budget, in fact very much the opposite. Once I have suggested an idea, alongside a budget, Richard especially, has gone out of his way to create exactly what I wanted without pressurising me to purchase bigger or better stones. I've been happy with every purchase I have made, I love the feeling that this family run jewellers creates and I continue to recommend Bourne End Jewellers to friends and acquaintances.

After a recommendation from my father, I tasked Bourne End Jewellers with creating the engagement ring of my girlfriends' dreams. Extracting a diamond from her late grandmothers engagement ring, and making a new rose gold and platinum band to set it on to. Richard was very helpful at the initial consultation providing a range of options, and the finished result is absolutely stunning. Very pleased to report that she said YES!

I used Bourne End Jewellers this year to make a bespoke wedding band for me from my late Grandfather's wedding ring. The staff were all very helpful, and Richard did an excellent job of melting the ring down and shaping (and then re-shaping when I wasn't 100% sure about the ring) to fit against my engagement ring (which was my fiancé's late grandmother's, so also held sentimental value). The staff in the shop were all so helpful and the whole process took less than a month, including sending the ring for hallmarking. I was consulted at every stage to check I was happy with the progress.
I would absolutely recommend Bourne End Jewellers, the service I received was absolutely fantastic.

I had a bespoke piece of jewellery made exquisitely.
The necklace is made of silver and acrylic and the writing on the silver is perfect. I would recommend them time and time again for bespoke jewellery personal to anyone.
I personally feel they could make anything my necklace wasn't the easiest to make.

I first visited this jewellers in 2105 with my late husband's wedding band. We had some ideas about creating three keepsakes for myself and my our two daughters and the staff were fantastic at helping us achieve this. They were understanding, patient, helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and we are now the proud owners of three new necklaces, each with a small engraved ring made from the original ring.

The service was very reasonably priced and I was extremely happy with the outcome. My rings look great and I got helpful feedback about the maintenance of them.

My mother left me some jewellery when she died and I had no idea of the value of any of it, or whether the diamonds were in fact diamonds or the gold real gold. There were also a few items which belonged to my mother-in-law which I thought had very little value, but which in fact have proved to be worth repairing. I didn't know who I could trust, but on the recommendation of a friend I took all the items to Bourne End Jewellers. The service and advice I received was brilliant. The owner took a significant amount of time to examine every piece and I left feeling 100% satisfied that I had been to the perfect place. I have received honest, straightforward advice regarding repairs and telephone calls with costings before proceeding. I highly recommend this company.

From only one or two visits the team all remembered me and what I had been looking for. I now take items from friends and family from far and wide to have repaired or adjusted.

From start to finish, I loved my experience with BourneEnd Jewellers! I had my engagement and wedding ring bands re-set and a halo added around the diamond. I picked up my eternity ring from Bourne End Jewellers yesterday and I love it! From the moment we walked in to the shop the staff and service has been excellent and what I particularly liked was the fact that they gave us advice on the quality of the diamonds based on the ring we were getting rather than the cost and therefore the money they could make.

We have a family ring with three diamonds & it has a lot of sentimental value. We want to share this between our daughters and had some ideas of how to do this. We went to Bourne End Jewellers to discuss those ideas. The staff were impeccably presented, very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding our thinking to arrive at our decision. We are going to create three separate rings to share between mother and two daughters. We are currently in the process of accomplishing this. Would thoroughly recommend this jewellers.

I am over the moon with the bangle Richard created for me from and old bracelet and necklace. We could tell it was going to be special at the design stage but in reality it was even better!
