Hi Victoria, thank you so much for getting in touch and for your lovely feedback on our products. I've taken a look at your order and I can see delivery was delayed by a day due to the recent snow, and I do apologise for that.
Our couriers experienced a couple of issues due to the weather at some depots, but please be assured this was a temporary situation which is now resolved. 99% of our UK orders arrive next working day when ordered by 3pm.
