Boxes delivered in damaged boxes. The irony.
There must be an irony when a company who supplies boxes, uses packing boxes which, by the time they get through their delivery partners are all split and open. Not great. Looks like the contents are all there with minimal damage however, not great.

Please be assured everything leaves us in pristine condition, in made-to-measure packing outers which usually perform very well during shipping, but we'll absolutely review these. We'll also take this case up with our courier company - we've been able to view the delivery photos and it appears they have been mishandled in transit and we'll make it clear we expect better. This is not a normal occurrence - we usually have a great service from our carefully selected courier partners. I'm so sorry yours didn't arrive in the condition we'd expect.
As I say, our team are dropping you a line just now privately to see if there's anything we can do to put this right.

Good quality, great customer service
Second time of ordering the Large Hamper boxes from Boxmart. They look really good, nice and sturdy and big enough to hold a couple of bottles of wine and plenty of goodies for our Teams Christmas Hampers. The Eco shred works well and it can all be easily reused or recycled.

The quality of the boxes is superb
The quality of the boxes is superb, the price is so sensible for small businesses and super quick delivery! I don't mind having to order 25 at a time when I know I can run down my stocks and have it replenished in a day or so. The variety of sizes are perfect for my business also - currently hold 3 different sizes.

I ordered 130 hamper boxes to make up…
I ordered 130 hamper boxes to make up Christmas present hampers for our care staff, but unfortunately the delivery driver had left the boxes outside in the rain, and they arrived soaking wet.
I contacted BoxMart and straight away they were absolutely amazing they said they will look into the matter and will order a next day delivery of new boxes to arrive.
They arrived the next day and the boxes are lovely and perfect for making Christmas hampers, I will defiantly be ordering from this company again.
