Over a period of several weeks leading up to me buying a new Honda HRv on PCP, Clarence at Brayleys Leatherhead was very helpful taking me through the process without ever being pushy. He dealt with my many questions patiently and I feel confident that any subsequent questions that crop up will be dealt with in the same manner.

What an experience! Tina and Orla are fantastic. Really felt valued as a customer. First time here as was told car had to go to Gatwick centre. Wish I knew earlier that it didn't. My CRV went in for the 1 year service. The work was done very promptly and the car was ready for collection 2 hours later. This meant that I could deal with the rest of the day much easier.

I put my car in for a service and mot at the Ewell branch of Bradley's Honda Charlotte was lovely very friendly and kept me updated with everything going on.
On picking the car up again Charlotte was lovely and explained all the paperwork and pricing to me.

Excellent service. The two Receptionist obviously had an in-depth knowledge of technical matters.
The mechanic that worked on my car, and undertook a a thorough health check, picked up a number of things that now need to be addressed.

Easy to book in and service done promptly

I bought my car from Brayleys Leatherhead and have recently had it serviced by them. All the team were superb from the office staff who kept me informed of progress throughout to the person cleaning and basically valeting it after the service. It looked great!

I waited until I had purchased my car (Honda CRV) to write a review just in case the team slipped up! I waited in vain!

I can honestly say that the customer service I received from both Clarence & Phil has been second to none, in all industries I’ve dealt with recently. Nothing was too much trouble, they entertained my silly demand of not picking up my car until my number plate was on it! Picked me up from the station when I went to collect my new car & did I mention that they also found the car to my specifications too.

Such a lovely team (sales & service) & I'm so grateful to have found them which incidentally occurred when I took my previous car in for a service because I had poor customer service at the Ewell branch (which is closer to me)

Brayleys Leatherhead should be used for customer service training because they are a shining example of it.
