Great customer service and communication as always from Jordan and Georgina. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very approachable with any query big or small.

In February 2026 I tried to confirm a planned service appointment online via smartphone but the tinyurl site failed to provide the promised copy of what was intended. A simple glitch, I thought, just telephone and ask for a copy. I was DISGUSTED to learn (from the sales department) that Kia Brayley Dunstable actually cannot be bothered to allocate ANY resources to answer phones calls to discuss car servicing and has not done so for some considerable time. How can owners trust that Brayley Dunstable will carry out any job competently? What else do they not bother doing properly?

I am happy to update my "one star" review in February to "five" in April to add Brayles took my bad February experience review above very seriously and subsequently worked hard to change the extremely poor first impression and even improved the training of their sales department and telephone message.

First class service from Kia. I asked if I could have my car back by 16.00 it was ready by 11.30 all the staff are friendly. Only thing that I don’t like is paying £30 for a courtesy car but that’s irrelevant to the service received at the garage

I rang Brayley Kia Dunstable to book my car for repairs that were suggested to me during my last service in May 2024 . The booking was made very professionally and efficiently by Fiona Callum who had my paperwork ready for me to sign on arrival . I was able to add the change of the battery my key fob on the day without any problem . Later in the day I was rang and got feedback on the check carried out on my car . Very useful as my wipers needed changing.
On collecting my car , as I was asking how to use the key in case of battery failure Jordan Langley not only explained it but accompanied me to my car to make sure I knew how to do it , something I wouldn’t have been able to do without being shown .
At Brayley KIA Dunstable the staff genuinely care about their customers.
I have now moved to Bedford but will continue to come to Bradley Kia Dunstable for further services , MOTs and repairs if / when needed.

I have bought m cars with them, have my vehicle services, repaired and MOT'd with them for years. They are just so good and reliable with everything. In fact, they are reason I buy Kia cars.

Very good, brought my vehicle in for its third service and decided to wait. It only took around 2 hours and was advised along the way of any other work that might need attention in the future.

The service was functional and did everything I expected. But with previous cars I've experienced added value such a collect and deliver service, a courtesy car or a while you wait service. None of these were offered by Kia. My SatNav has stopped funtioning properly and i asked them to look at upgrading the software. I was told they cant do that!

Good service from reception and workshop which included health check for
I believe that £54.90 for a polllen filter replacement is very expensive. I have taken this up with the manager who explained the situation is set by KIA.
Good customer service is how they deal with issues that arise. This matter has now been resolved to my satisfaction. So five stars.

This dealership is a nice place to have your Kia serviced. Staff are very friendly. This service is a 10th service in the shedule and is costly. This one was £893.00. They do a video health check which is sent to you by email. On this was pointed out %80 brake pad wear on both axles. This would most likely be an mot failure. The cost quoted was £197.00 per axle £394.00 total. Genuine Brembo parts for this vehicle can be bought online for this vehicle for around £100.00! The dealership would no doubt get them for less. Not being a complete dummy on car mechanics, but while this is on the lift with wheels off would be a very easy fix replacement. Add this to the bill and you have a very costly service. so not a happy bunny and will be getting this done by an independent.

From my initial interest in an electric vehicle to my ultimate decision to have a new Kia EV3 Air car I was very impressed with Brayleys overall service.
In particular their sales representative Oliver couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and professional in dealing with my questions and making the whole process very straightforward and I thank him and Brayleys team for excellent service.
