Five star experience from start to finish - thank you Ben!

Initially, Ben showed us the cars Mazda produced and when we homed in on the Mazda 2 he patiently talked us through the options and gave us time to decide. He kept us informed on the progress of our car from ordering to delivery. He spent time explaining what the car could do - and said he would help in the future. There are so many new-to-me systems. Excellent service - efficient and patient. And I love the car.

My new Mazda 2 is a great little car. Spacious and smooth driving. I bought it give me more room for my grandchildren 😁

We have been using Brayleys Mazda in Milton Keynes, for many years. We recently bought our third new car, a CX-30, and had excellent customer service, again, from Sales Executive, Ben Trainor. He was friendly, definitely no hard selling and knowledgeable about Mazda. I am sure we will be back, but not just yet!

I do not usually write reviews, but on this occasion, it was necessary to air my dismay. In April 2022, I bought a Mazda CX5 from this branch, with a 1-year warranty. During the Xmas holiday, an error message highlighted on the dashboard. I contacted the branch who took some details and advised me to come in to the workshop on a set date the following week.
I arrived in the morning, after much rearranging schedules with work and inconveniencing my wife to follow with a young baby to take me home. On arrival, I was told just as I walked in the door ‘oh we figured it out, your car needs a service’ and I was given 2 options to pay several hundred pounds to remove the faulty error message!!! This was EXTREMELY poor service, I had to rush across the city, inconvenience several people to be misled into a costly early car service! The company should have contacted me beforehand when they had ‘figured it out’!! This is very disappointing aftercare, and very greedy on the part of the company. Useless warranty and service!

The staff especially Ben in sales are first class . Third car purchase from Brayleys all handled very professionally.

The handover of the car and the pickup of the new car all went smoothly, the only issue I had and is why I didn't give 5 stars is that when I realised I had left some equipment in the car, it proved problematic in trying to get it back until I was able to talk to the normal salesman.

After my car died I had been to several garages to try to find a car that worked for me. I'm 5'1" with a hip that does not like low cars. I found the Cx-30 perfect. Ben Trainer was the salesman. He was very helpful, good communication and efficient in the paperwork. The process was quick and easy. Despite being a Honda driver for the last 25 years, this time I could not find one that fit the bill. I love my new Mazda and would definitely recommend Brayleys.

I’ve been visiting this dealer on and off for the past month or so keeping an eye out for a CX5 Automatic any colour except black! Popped in during our weekly shopping trip on Friday and couldn’t believe my eyes.
There she sat waiting for me, a gorgeous CX5 in a glorious blue, fully auto and petrol driven to boot. Called my wife over to check out my find and yep! Got the nod that she liked what she saw. Met this great friendly guy named Chris and we were knocked out with his friendly attitude and obliging demeanour. Pushed for time (school run time approaching) and a weekend reunion on Saturday, I asked him to hold on to it until Monday. No problem said Chris, leave a deposit and we’ll get together on Monday. That’s all history now. Deal done on my Mercedes E class, road tax and all relevant paperwork handled by the man behind the desk. We are over the moon with our first ever Mazda purchase and even more so by the manner in which we were treated. I really did feel like I had known this guy Chris for many years rather than four days! Thanks again Chris you made our day.

A routine first service completed quickly, efficiently and on time. Pleasant, cheerful staff, car cleaned and washed prior to return. The usual mazda standard of service.

I had again the pleasure to meet Chris Burger @ Brayleys Mazda. Again, I received a 1st class service and and a great deal on my new motor. Highly reccomend the Team in MK and I had a smooth transition from old to new motor which I reccomend to visit the MK Mazda ShowRoom and ask for Chris for a good deal. Dean P.

Chris was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I ordered my Mazda 2 in December, throughout the entire process he kept me fully updated. He was always happy to answer any questions I had.
The car itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out.
Couldn’t fault anything.
