It was easy to book my service. I was met as i walked in. The lady on service called me a taxi which i was very grateful for to take me home. I was contacted during the service. I was even offered a lift back to the garage to pick up my car. I thought very much above and beyond. VERY impressed

Happy with service and sales

Great from start to finish. Fixed my tyre pressure warning light and central locking system. Lovely staff Zoe Higgins was extremely helpful. Booking the car in the day before was quick and easy too.

I made a mistake with my booking and arrived at the dealer a day after . They were well within their rights to to tell me to rebook but after a quick phone call Zoe said she would squeeze us in . Also while the car was being worked on she called us to advise that some of the work we had asked for didn’t in fact need to done . I cannot thank Zoe enough she really put us as customers first

Went in for a free audio software upgrade and routine call back for childlocks ...was told could collect at end of the day, dropped off at 11 am got it back around 2 hrs later ...fantastic

Brilliant service from start to finish. Booked my enquiry and had a phone call the next morning and managed to get an appointment that day. Dealt with Gavin who made the process of going through the vehicle, colours and spec easy. Vehicle was in stock and prepared for me within a week I was collecting. Very happy with Choice and service received.

My life and work has been put on hold for over two months by Brayley Nissan in Birmingham. My Nissan Qashqai has been in their garage for over two months. They said that they need to replace my engine and need approval from Nissan. This approval has not been got since two months and as if that is not enough, they have refused to offer me a Courtesy car. I have made daily calls to their customer service and everyday I speak with a man called Oliver in Brayley Nissan and have sent several emails to Brayley Nissan Service manager. A person called Graham. Initially they said that they have no courtesy car available as all their cars are booked in advance. And then two weeks ago, they booked me for a car tomorrow 08/04/2026. When I called them today to find out what documents they will require for the car, they said they will no longer offer the courtesy car because there is no parts in the world for my vehicle. I have called Nissan and they said that it is just a supply chain issue. They have sent a claim to Nissan which has been returned back to them several times because Nissan is requesting for additional information.
This is my second Nissan Qashqai having bought the first one in 2015 from the same Westway Nissan now Brayley Nissan. I have never experienced this low level of customer service in my whole life and I need somebody to help me please.
Brayley Nissan has not returned the claim for over two weeks now because they have refused to carryout a cylinder leakage test as requested by Nissan. They have frustrated me and I do not know where to go for help other than social media. Someone please help me.

A very quick and easy transaction! I saw a car advertised that piqued my interest and phoned to check it was still in stock. I spoke to Harry, a very personable and helpful young man, who confirmed that the vehicle was on site. I visited Brayley Nissan at Streetly, Harry met us and was very knowledgable and courteous. Decision made, paperwork completed and I picked my new car up 48 hours later. Harry was showing us the rudiments of the car when he noticed a fault light on the dash. He reinstated us back in the showroom with a cup of very nice coffee whilst the issue was dealt with. This was carried out quickly and efficiently in the service bay. All in all, a very happy experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brayley Nissan. Incidentally, I was happy with the part exchange value of my old car, and all of the other sales staff that we came into contact with were friendly and courteous. Thank you to Harry and all the team.

I suspected a problem with steering and was met by very friendly welcoming staff who very kindly did a free test drive and reassured me that there was no fault discovered

Was greeted in the car park immediately on arrival and was able to safely hand the car over. The service as far as I can see was done satisfactorily and the vehicle was ready within the time stated. Hospitality good several times was asked if I wanted a drink.
