The lady (whose name I think was Jade) at the streetly branch was very friendly and helpful. My car was promptly booked in for a service the following day.
Upon dropping off my car and picking it back up I had a warm welcome and the service team were all friendly and helpful

Brayleys Cars, Sutton Coldfield have been amazing again, having just purchased our 4th Nissan car from them, the staff especially Gavin, are very attentive, they listen to what you require and go out of their way to help and support you in any purchase. The after sales is equally excellent. We would never buy from any other retailer.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The check in procedures are seamless.
Although the repairs to my car couldn't be completed on the same say as my MOT and service, the staff (particularly Zoe) were extremely considerate and sourced a courtesy car for me.
I would recommend the garage from a customer care point of view.

Rang on Tuesday 17th March & made an appointment to view & test drive a 73 plate Juke on Saturday 21st March at 9am. There followed several courtesy calls & a personalised video of the car through the week.
Arrived promptly on the Saturday morning, following a 50 minute drive, to see the car sat on the forecourt that clearly hadn’t been washed or prepared for my visit. The salesman apologised about this, as the car for some reason had been missed off the valeting list & that they had spent £800 on the car of their own free will so that it was in the best possible condition. The car was opened & we were left for 10 minutes to look around it, the salesman returned & although dirty, we told him we were still interested & ready for the test drive.
He said he’d go & check but wasn’t sure if the car had been safety checked!!! Five minutes later he came back & said I couldn’t test drive the car I was interested in but could take another one out of similar spec to see if I liked it.
I couldn’t believe what he had just said, test drive ANOTHER car to see if I wanted to purchase a totally different one.
I complained & asked to speak to the manager, who appeared & was very dismissive from the off, saying he couldn’t let me drive the one I wanted as he could t guarantee it’s safety ( despite being earlier told that £800 had been spent on it) but it “SHOULD be ok if I’d driven another one of the same spec & year” he seemed totally unmoved & not at all bothered that we had travelled all this way for a test drive on a car that we were genuinely interested in, only to be told that we couldn’t. The salesman, probably sheepishly, didn’t reappear.
Naturally we drove away, angry & totally bewildered by what had just happened. Comically a mile down the road I received a call from the salesman asking me if I’d driven off with the keys, as they now couldn’t find them, I tactfully replied I hadn’t even seen the keys & that he’d opened the car from the showroom.
Fast forward 3 hours & I’d rang about another Juke at a Vertu Ford garage, made an appointment to find the car cleaned inside & out, ready to be viewed, taken on a lengthy test drive & treated like royalty compared to Nissan Birmingham. I consequently purchased the car & will collect in 48 hours.
The difference between the 2 garages was unbelievable - polar opposites, one was polite, welcoming, informative & accommodating - the other was Nissan Birmingham!!
My advice after this experience would be that if you like the brand & want to buy a used Nissan, like I did, go to a rival dealer to be treated in the way you should be.
Danielle and Harry were very helpful and informative. Kept in touch throughout the process of reserving to buying the car. Arranged delivery and car arrived on time spotless. All paperwork completed easily online. Recommend Brayleys Birmingham

We had an extremely disappointing experience purchasing a used car from this Nissan dealership.
When we collected the vehicle, the car had clearly not been properly prepared. The battery was flat and had to be jump-started before we could leave, and the fuel range showed only 9 miles remaining. This was surprising given that the vehicle had supposedly been prepared for handover.
To make matters worse, when we attempted to leave we were told we could not do so because the payment had not yet shown on their internal system, despite my bank confirming the funds had already cleared into their account. This created a very awkward situation where we were effectively prevented from leaving with a car we had already paid for. Eventually we were allowed to go only after they photocopied our driving licences and kept the spare key as “collateral”, promising to post it once the payment appeared on their system.
The payment registered shortly after we left, but the spare key was never posted despite several days of chasing. After escalating the issue to Nissan Customer Services, the dealership eventually admitted that they did not actually have a spare key for the car at all — meaning the vehicle had been sold to us without something we had been led to believe was included.
Resolving this then took almost three weeks, multiple emails, and escalation through Nissan. The dealership initially insisted we either return the car to them or allow them to take it away to resolve the issue, neither of which we were comfortable with given the breakdown in trust.
In the end we had to arrange for a relative to drive the car 45 miles to the dealership. When he arrived at the agreed time, the service department had not even been informed about the job and initially said they had no record of the work. They eventually fitted and programmed a new key after rearranging other work.
The dealership had also agreed to cover the fuel for the journey, but this was not honoured.
Overall this was a very stressful and unnecessarily drawn-out experience, particularly considering my wife is eight months pregnant. What should have been a straightforward car purchase turned into weeks of chasing, poor communication, and a complete lack of coordination between departments.
Very disappointing experience for what is supposed to be a main Nissan dealership.
Not a good experience. I waited for my car to be serviced and there were no clean cups to have a drink, just dirty cups left on tables. After an hour and a half i managed to speak with a staff member to fetch some clean cups! Lorraine was attentive and very pleasant as always - thats the only positive. Also, car not been cleaned after service is not good.
Excellent customer service and kept me fully updated on the progress of my vehicle whilst in for service
