Hello,
I purchased a Nissan Qashqai with delivery from a Nissan dealership in Manchester.
The car arrived quickly,
BUT the filters were dirty, the plastic filter elements were broken,
the high-pressure pump was damaged, the tires needed replacing,
the car was dirty inside,
incomplete, the boot shelf was missing, and I did not receive a service booklet.
I do not recommend this dealership!!!

I had a really positive experience Brayleys Cars - Brayley Nissan Manchester. when I took my EV to get its Lithum plate removed. Great Customer service from Tom Jackson who helped me with a radio query and told me about the monthly service plan for my vehicle.

Brayley's carried out a health check on my vehicle and sent me a video of the checks , which was much appreciated.

Amazing polite

Absolutely amazing from start to finish I went in to enquire after not being able to get a 7seater automatic anywhere else without waiting a few months, i literally drove away in 2days fantastic experience would 💯 recommend

The documents and exchange of the new vehicle was smooth .
Roy was great helping and sorting all necessary documents.

Polite friendly staff. Explained everything they were going to do and the cost. Went to collect it and it was cheaper than the quote they gave. Brilliant!

Staff who i spoke to were friendly and polite and very helpful, and when I picked my car up they took the time to explain whats been done to it plus let me know what caused the problem in the first place, plus a member of staff walked me to my car which was parked in the back car park he brought it out to me

I waited for the car to be serviced. Found a quiet corner, set my laptop up, got a coffee, and got on with my work. The service was done really quickly an I was able to get on with my day with minimal disruption. All the staff are super helpful and friendly, and I would recommend this place to anybody.

My car was not washed after being washed and when I asked why, I was been given a flimsy excuse (the council is regulating water usage - rubbish)

Tony was amazing from the first phone call enquiring about a car, right up to the point where I drove off with the car I purchased. Other staff members were warm and friendly.

Great service got a new car same day

Ray made it all very clear/easy - First met him during my initial visit to view the 2 Hyundai i20s on the forecourt. Found one but couldn't find the other. The one I also wanted to see was parked near the workshop due to a flat battery - so I wasn't able to view the inside of it that day as we couldn't get into it. We discussed potential trade in prices and it was a decent offer, so I indicated interest upon completion of the workshop overhaul - once it was complete, Ray then sent me a walk-around video - I then arranged to visit on Saturday morning for a test drive - I then went ahead with the (cash) purchase, and the process very really smooth/transparent - mostly done electronically - but I was away in my new vehicle before 11am following the test drive. Really pleased with it so far!
