Deceitful and callous practice
Been charged £499 for a service which basically consists of an oil and filter change. It's just criminal.
Logged a formal complaint with customer service but after five weeks I have been eventually " fobbed " off.

Happy with Brayleys Manchester
Edited Update.
Went to Brayleys Chancellor Lane Manchester Tuesday 27th January they took the car for investigation while I waited done some updates everything is now in order. They told me to come straight back if any problems and they would sort me out with a replacement car.
Advice: Always phone the service department at the showroom as the Nissan number puts you through to a call centre in Birmingham and they are not ver helpful. Thank you to Brayleys Manchester for putting this right.

Genuine Dealership
We were made to feel welcome and a valued visitor by Anthony. The car we viewed was extremely well presented and clean. Anthony answered all questions honestly and genuinely and showed good knowledge and understanding of our requirements. Was allowed to view without any pressure sales. A very fair trade in price was agreed. I would recommend Brayleys for your next purchase without any hesitation.

Still waiting for promised refund
Thankfully we are happy with our newly purchased used car so far, an initially good car buying experience needlessly let down by their after sales service. Repeatedly promised a refund for nearly 2 months for our original £99 deposit (which was not taken off the final price charged) plus an extra unexpected charge of £81 which was added on top of the original advertised asking price. We also have had to personally chase up and confirm the officially logged car service history with the main dealers on our car due to a missing service entry in the physical log book after being advised it had a full service history at the point of sale. This was something that could and should have been sorted out before selling on to customers.
The sales representatives who assisted us, James and Sami are friendly, with Sami being especially helpful in showing us the controls on our new car before driving away.
When looking to purchase all was well but after sales in our experience was not so good with repeated unfullfilled promises of a refund for the overcharges made and advised to contact the main dealers ourselves the day after purchase with regards to any discrepency in the logged service history and what we were told at the point of sale.
Always polite and helpful and make you…
Always polite and helpful and make you feel important and that your vehicle is as important to them as it is to me.

I was super happy about the nissan Juke…
I was super happy about the Nissan Juke we got, but when we drove home we found out that there is a disability left-hand accelerator pedal installed, and my foot keeps getting stuck in it. Also, I'm not happy about the fact that the car I bought from the agency has been modified.
I'm waiting to see what will happen next, but so far it's just been many emails and phone calls. (me chasing them)
At this point I regret making this deal.
I wish there was some more honesty when buying a £16k car. Now it feels like no one cares about me after I paid.
It started good, but now it's not anymore. I wish I hadn't bought it.
Poor customer service, poor communication, poor repairs
Bad. Lack of communication, invoice did not match what I was told was being fixed, did not even tell me when car was ready, took two months and did not update me at all except when I chased; broke the pedestrian warning sound when they took it in to repair high voltage battery.
Being kept in formed of service progress

Can't be trusted with the truth
My husband and I went to the Manchester branch to pick out my mobility car; we sat there for an hour before we had to find someone to help us.
We finally picked out the car, and it was ordered, only to be told the car was there but sent back, something to do with a defect. We were then told we had to wait till next year to have that car. But due to my disability, I need a car before this; otherwise, I am trapped in my home. We were then told the other car was going to be there, and then we were told it was not. I am autistic, so this really affects my mental health.
I have been messed around with by this company; they seem like they are not interested in the mobility scheme, maybe because they don't commission.
It takes me a lot of strength to trust a company and be somewhere new. And I don't have the mental strength to go somewhere else. I hope to get a better service because I do not know how many more lies I can take. I understand how lucky I am to have this, believe me, but I also would like a service that understands people with mental health and how situations like this can exacerbate someone's mental state.
DISAPPOINTED
DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY V5 LOG BOOK OVER 8 WEEKS SINCE PURCHASING MY CAR FROM BRAYLEYS.
HAVING TELEPHONED BRAYLEYS TWICE, I AM LEFT WITH THE IMPRESSION BRAYLEYS ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE.
I ASKED BRAYLEYS TO SEND A LETTER TO CHASE BUT I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS WAS SENT AS I DIDN'T RECEIVE A COPY.
Professional Staff
Hastily put a deposit on a nissan leaf car only to find having an EV car at 70 was not for me
Gareth and Johnathan at Nissan Manchester where very understanding and helpful to resolve the situation for me
cannot thank them both enough
Fantastic Service

What a joke of a company
What a joke of a company
Bought the car and payed extra for warranty. A year after having my car I noticed a fault so took it to Nissan. When I went to pick up the fault I was told I had to pay £400 for the diagnostic test and for them to fix the fault it would be an extra £1400 as it was not covered under warranty. I was never told I would be charged the £400 to see what the fault was otherwise I would have taken it to an independent garage They did this without informing me about the charges.
