No way to do business, what a stink!!
Called this morning and Ryan said the Ariya is still available. Appointment arranged for hour and half later to ask for Ryan on arrival where I am to inspect, test drive and buy today. After 50 minutes travel I arrived on time, was shown around the car and indicated I was ready for the test drive. I was took back inside and asked for my license. Ryan told me to take a seat and he went away for 2 minutes then came back and said 'I'm sorry the car has just sold...' After seeing some of the reviews on here I might have dodged a bullet, tfft.

Disappointing electric car service
I know that electric car service is a rip off already but I think this dealerships has taken it to another level. Book in for service last Friday at 9 AM. I arrived there on time and asked them what is the estimate time for finishing the service and they answered 4 PM which is quite long for normal service. But I thought it might be busy with other customer. Then when I want to pick it up the time, it wasn't ready yet. It would be 30 more minutes they said. Sat down for 15 mins and suddenly receive notification of their video car check. Back to the service desk and still not ready yet. It seems like they just literally start the working on it when I arrived. On top of that, they don't wash the car. So dirty boots of the mechanics is leaving marks in my car. After all that the only thing replaced with “genuine part” is the pollen filter. Very disappointed overall, and for almost £200 I expect better service.

Grateful customer
My car needed a major part replacing I rang up and was told to bring my car in and they would try and fit it in when they had a free gap. I dropped it off on the Friday and got it back on the Monday. Really appreciated the efficiency and customer care was brilliant.

Got a good valuation on my car & paid a good price for the car I bought, a bonus. A bonus was the sales rep Jayden who wasn’t at all pushy ,honest & knowledgeable he answered all my questions & explained everything to me patiently & at no time did I feel rushed or pressured which helped me build up trust in the transaction & the company . A very satisfactory experience. If the car turns out to be as good as the service I’ll be very happy indeed.

I waited for my car to have a service…
I waited for my car to have a service my appointment time was 12:35 however the technician did not move my car until 13:00 it was ready by 2:30 for a small service it did seem along time .The reception staff were very professional.
