My overall experience was very good at this branch today. Good things - main one the staff were excellent, friendly helpful and responsive. There wasn’t much seating to wait for the vehicle just 3 chairs or some high stools. The service went fine, I was given a courtesy vehicle and here’s the only bad point - I was given an automatic vehicle when I drive manual normally. Iv not driven auto for 30 years with no warning or preamble . Luckily I’m a confident driver in most things and I was fine. I’d still recommend the garage .

Really great service, everyone was really friendly and easy to talk to. Smooth process as well. All went through when it was supposed to, very easy, would definitely come back for my next car!

We had a recall on a motability vehicle, booked in and stated we would wait at the dealership, staff were friendly and the appointment took just on an hour, my issue was there were two motability spaces at the front, both taken up with vehicles I took to be Brayleys, anyway no blue badge in either, we had to get a wheelchair out on the main driveway, position the disabled person in it, push out the way and park up, luckily a staff member took the car round to the service area but the reverse was when ready the car was in a regular tight space, no provision for a disabled person, very poor parking arrangements,

Majority of the contact was over the telephone, fairly straight forward to negotiate and ensure a deal for all parties, vehicle was transferred from Birmingham to Rochdale, smooth process, on day of collection easy and smooth, slight issues identified when the vehicle was home recent scratch on the wing mirror and scratch on panel above wheel arch, car smelt, turns out the valet company used old wrags to clean the car which left a foul smell, currently in dialogue with the branch to have the car deep cleaned, new wing mirror and scratch sorted.

Wouldn’t be put off doing this process again, despite a few issues, reassurance from Keith Wall that they will be addressed.

The service was five star from start to finish from handing back my old Nissan Juke, to picking up my new Nissan Juke. Special thankyou to Carrie for going above and beyond. Also thanks for picking us up to collect my vehicle, and her very friendly and helpful way and her expertise in selling vehicles. From my first enquiry , to driving away with my Nissan Juke 1.6 connector-n-Hybrid in red .
The customer service was SECOND TO NONE .
The young salesman , his name was Paul arranged for myself and my missus to look over the car , ask as many questions about the Hybrid system ,and a load of other things about the car
I traded in a Juke on a 63 Plate . and no where near as advanced as the car I was thinking about buying .
I think any body wanting to replace their car , just because of its age . worries that they will maybe .
JUMP OUT OF THE FRYING PAN INTO A FIRE and end up with a motor in a worse condition than the one you are trading in .
well I did not need to worry . The car is sound , Drives very well , and looks amazing .

Prompt service and very helpful with my questions

Paid the £99 deposit through their website on 12th of September for a Nissan Leaf. Gave them a call to kindly ask to charge the car up to 100%. They told me they sold the car the day before just forgot to take it off. I asked for a refund and still waiting. I also emailed them about it, no response. It’s been a week now and still waiting on my £99 to be refunded!!!

I was chatting to the sales manager )I think) whilst I was waiting for a pick up and he was very informative and answered all my questions about various vehicles on the lot.
My only concern is the rising costs of service
