All staff were very helpful. There was a new guy on the reception desk, and he apologised for taking longer than his superiors. I don't think he took any longer than his peers.
The only fault I have, is I had to have a courtesy car, so I was charged £30 for the use of it. I'm disabled and now use a walker, and if I was still on the mobility scheme, the courtesy car would have been free.
Other than that, they were very professional.

I booked my car in for a recall, free tyre and clutch check, following a notification from Nissan. When the car was collected I was given the keys but no information as to what had been done and if everything was as it should be. The chap didn't say a word and I found this to be very rude.

My vehicle was serviced to the usual high standard, MOT completed, some minor extra work was required. I was phoned, told the cost of the work and gave my agreement. Vehicle ready to drive away in just over 4 hours, brilliant service

I have been waiting for this survey. The whole experience was amazing with fabulous customer service.

We dropped the car off a little earlier than it was booked in for and we received a text saying when the car had entered the workshop. This was good for us to then work out how long we had before going to collect the car.

We received a phone call and a text to say when the car was ready.

There was a few spray marks on the inside of the door which we’d not been able to remove but they’ve now gone.

Service was uneventful, with one recommendation, service area was clean and welcoming, the person taking my keys and details was friendly, the waiting area was comfortable with refreshments. No issues to report, dealership used to wash the vehicle in the past, they no longer do this which is my only disappointment.

David and the staff on the service reception were efficient, friendly and more importantly did what they said they would do in the time frames agreed.
