I booked my car in for a recall, free tyre and clutch check, following a notification from Nissan. When the car was collected I was given the keys but no information as to what had been done and if everything was as it should be. The chap didn't say a word and I found this to be very rude.

My vehicle was serviced to the usual high standard, MOT completed, some minor extra work was required. I was phoned, told the cost of the work and gave my agreement. Vehicle ready to drive away in just over 4 hours, brilliant service

I have been waiting for this survey. The whole experience was amazing with fabulous customer service.

We dropped the car off a little earlier than it was booked in for and we received a text saying when the car had entered the workshop. This was good for us to then work out how long we had before going to collect the car.

We received a phone call and a text to say when the car was ready.

There was a few spray marks on the inside of the door which we’d not been able to remove but they’ve now gone.

Excellent friendly service all round. Thank you.

Great customer service and video updates throughout the service process. I waited on site for the service to be completed, relaxing in the newly refurbished showroom, with great coffee facilities - perfect.

Paul who sold us the car couldn't do enough. Sorted everything out for me, right to the last detail. Very knowledgeable and also friendly.

The sales executive was really helpful and professional

Service was uneventful, with one recommendation, service area was clean and welcoming, the person taking my keys and details was friendly, the waiting area was comfortable with refreshments. No issues to report, dealership used to wash the vehicle in the past, they no longer do this which is my only disappointment.

David and the staff on the service reception were efficient, friendly and more importantly did what they said they would do in the time frames agreed.

Was kept informed all throughout the service process. It was advised that I needed two new tryes l, which I authorised through the online portal, they then rang me to say that it wasn’t absolutely necessary, but advisory within the next few months so I could change my mind. I made the decision to get them changed now as I do a lot of motorway driving, by ringing me made me feel that there was no pressure to go through with the advisory works and I really appreciated that service. I will definitely be taking my car back to them again. Staff all polite and friendly throughout. Car was ready for collection by the time I needed it too.

I went to collect the car yesterday and Keith the sales guy was so polite and friendly. Told me exactly what I needed to know about the car. He showed me around the car in good detail. Great service highly recommend
