Amazing customer service
I have just recently purchased a car from this garage and wow the customer service was absolutely amazing.
Paul who sold us the car couldn't do enough. Sorted everything out for me, right to the last detail. Very knowledgeable and also friendly.

Service was uneventful
Service was uneventful, with one recommendation, service area was clean and welcoming, the person taking my keys and details was friendly, the waiting area was comfortable with refreshments. No issues to report, dealership used to wash the vehicle in the past, they no longer do this which is my only disappointment.

In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment. Was kept informed all throughout the service process. It was advised that I needed two new tryes l, which I authorised through the online portal, they then rang me to say that it wasn’t absolutely necessary, but advisory within the next few months so I could change my mind. I made the decision to get them changed now as I do a lot of motorway driving, by ringing me made me feel that there was no pressure to go through with the advisory works and I really appreciated that service. I will definitely be taking my car back to them again. Staff all polite and friendly throughout. Car was ready for collection by the time I needed it too.

Impressive company to deal with.
My first time with Brayley Rochdale, it was one of the best, most positive experiences. I have a Motobility vehicle, I was replacing current car the 3 year lease due to finish. Previous dealer was unable to find me the car I wanted and didn't contact me to discuss options. I rang Brayley, Paul was the staff member who dealt with me. He was excellent, found me the car, filled all the paperwork on line, emailed the documents to me the same day for signing, faultless. Paul again, when for various reasons I changed the car, immediately sorted out the problem, sent me the paperwork the same day, so impressive. Both Paul and his manager are a credit to the dealership.
