From first arriving to the dealership contact with the sales guy was very good no pushing he was happy to talk show me the car, no pressure at all. I felt really comfortable. Deal was done and everything possible was done to facilitate the deal. A real pleasure to deal with

I purchased a used nissan juke 2 years ago paid extra for extended warranty (not worth the paper it's written on) I was assured at the time of purchase that all used nissan cars have been inspected by nissan technicians and are backed by there nissan intelligent choice guarantees for complete peace of mind, first MOT nothing wrong with vehicle, this year 2nd MOT (and service at the same time) front break pads 90% worn completely understandable wear and tear, the service showing cambelt needs replacing at 5yrs old or 70.000 miles whichever comes first, there's no history of the cambelt ever being changed ( the vehicle is is 9 years old) given a price of £650.00 to replace (amongst a list of other faults approximately 2k in total and not one thing covered by warranty) why wasn't this identified or brought to my attention at time of purchase due to the vehicle having no history of replacement, if the cambelt snapps it will cause significant engine damage! Eventually spoke with customer service who helped me get the cambelt replaced at a reduced price and they were fantastic. Car went in for replaced cambelt only to have a complementary health check to flag up another bill for another 2k worth of work! Absolute joke this is my first and last time purchasing from a main dealer.

Very good service from all staff and my car was beautiful when I picked it up all paperwork sorted quickly and off I went, only thing stopping me giving five stars is the fuel cap would not open when I called at garage as there was only a small amount of fuel in the car at handover, I had to go home and hope the fuel lasted to try and sort the cap out but after trying everything I couldn't open si I called the dealership and advised to prise it open and bend the catch on the fuel cap door this eventually did work but I am not happy after paying over £11,000 for a car and not sure if this will happen again

Messages before , during and after service. Price quoted was unchanged. Dropped off at 13:00 and was advised it would be up to 16:30 before collection . 16:15 advised service completed. Knocked a star off as used to vehicle being washed however was advised do not do valet and wash . Only minor point but had obviously been left out under a tree and was covered in leaves ,blossom etc so much cover I had to wipe down windscreen and windows but no fault with service .

My Car had an engine breakdown .This was the only repair Centre that could fit me in to replace an alternator under Warranty .The Staff were courteous and helpful and kept in touch about progress on car. Speedy repair and back on the road.In future I will use this Garage for servicing the Car

My experience was extremely good which was a nice surprise as I've in the past 12 months had two bad experiences with another particular car dealer. Brayley Nissan Rochdale was very helpful and not at all pushy with the sale and as a woman shopping for a car the last thing I want is someone pushing me into a sale. Paul the sales man was informative and helpful and I have to say it was an enjoyable relaxed experience. The showroom has a nice easy atmosphere and so far I'm very happy with my purchase, I will be recommending them to family and friends.

Firstly the sales guy Keith Walls was excellent, knew when to contact me, never too pushy - obviously very experienced in dealing with customers. The dealership is very modern and welcoming. The only criticism I have is that they were not able to offer solo extended test drives and the small external car park etc can make parking very difficult. Apart from these niggles would definitely recommend to potential Nissan customers.

The salesman Barry was with me from start to finish, Explained everything went through different models and what would be suitable for me. Ordered the car then there was a hiccup the model was on back order would be a lot longer to wait, I said I was quite flexible and he sourced a car and I was sat in my new car within a week.
