Vanessa was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything to me and I was not pressured into having extra work undertaken. However the online booking system let me down. It did not relayed any of the information I had put on to the dealership. Vanessa managed to sort things out and I will never use online booking again.

I just want put this review is for Lawrence only not for Nissan. Ive not had good experience in the past generally from 3 different Nissan branches this being the fourth. But Lawrence turned that around. If i was ever to return to Nissan it would be because of him. His expertise, mannerism, knowledge stood out. He was willing to listen, wasnt pushy, understood the problem and found the solution. He did exactly what i needed and i cannot fault his service. I wish i had met him before, and wish there was more people like him in the car trade. A genuine person honestly... So thank you Lawrence once again, i hope your recognised for the Value you add to this branch.

Staff very helpful and engaging. New waiting area with seats of different heights for those of us who struggled with the low chairs. Coffee machine easy to use and great taste. Kept me informed every step of the way.

Excellent service, on arrival a mechanic took me on a test drive to identify the noise issue in my car. I waited for just over an hour free tea and coffee was available. The mechanic then asked me to go on another test drive during which he explained what he had found to resolve the noise problem.
Glad to say knocking noise was resolved.

Excellent service from Rehana when buying the car remotely. Personalised video of the car sent to me after initial enquiry with all of the questions I had answered promptly, fully and honestly. Once the decision to purchase was made, Rehana walked me through all of the steps required to complete it, even offering to pick me up from the station on collection day. Buying from Brayleys Nissan was a pleasure from start to finish.

I bought my Kia Eniro from this dealer, I had fantastic service from Rehana who was very helpful and let me make sure the car was suitable for my family needs. She answered all my questions and was very polite, professional with a great sense of humour, she wasn't pushy either, which was a breath of fresh air as someone who has worked in the car industry for 14 years so I know how sales executives can behave. The car was cleaned to a good standard and came with a full charge. I would recommend Rehana at Brayleys Nissan to anyone. I also received a brilliant citnow video showing all the cars features before I went to view it. Thank you all.

The Service carried out was fine, as was the report on it.........However, I expected th car to be washed as other Delerships do and as this one used to, and I don't expect both front seats to be moved, the rakes of the seats changed, and filthy mats on both the passenger and drivers side.......did two people go out in it to a builders merchants while it was supposed to being servicid within the Dealership .. ...This would also explain why the dash cam was switched off and left off !!!!

Very poor service the sales person i had been given knew nothing about the car and any question i raised they had to ask someone else perhaps if you were to buy a new car rather than one of their used ones service might be better but i would not recommend them to anyone in the end it took 2 days to buy the car due to the poor service with a total of 300 miles in two return round trips for us
had it not been that my wife was set on it is why i bought if it had a been a car for myself i would have walked away

I was greeted by Mr. Lawrence with a cheerful smile. Premises was clean and tea/coffee offered while you wait. I was provided a space to carry on with my work while car was being serviced. Service report was explained and appreciated the advise based on the report.

Very pleasant experience getting my radio code sirted. Coffee and a warm, clean environment while I waited. Free health chech on my car was helpful and informative. Laurance on Customer Services was very helpful, kind and considerate. Couldn't have been looked after better. The lady who took my booking over the phone was also most helpful and informative. A big shout out to Jat at Wolverhampton branch, from the start of our experience in the show room, he guided us through to finally showing us all the details of the car we purchased.
