We have had a Breeze Savana For over ten years and very happy with the p[product and decided to have a building i.e. a Gazebo over are hot tub, Made contact with Breeze house sales through to installation and must say what Brilliant service from all departments.
What a company and unknown to me during the erection of the building was a company shareholder that to me seems they are brilliant company to ensure they are delivering the best and thank you to all of their staff at Breeze.

During the recent storms some of the cedar tiles on my breeze house were damaged by a bough which fell off a tree. I contacted your company and they quoted for the repair which I accepted and have quickly and efficiently repaired the roof. The service I received was exemplary, I can’t speak highly enough of their after care service. My breeze house was installed in 2017.

This was a full internal upgrade after 15 yrs of use in a different layout. The staff were very helpful in exploring the options for change and a good solution agreed. All the work has been done to my satisfaction on the days that were agreed. Great job!

After 11 years, the roof needed a rethatch. The two guys turned up at 8am as arranged, temperature was -1C. They worked really hard, did a very good job. The Breeze house is now waterproof again and looking refreshed, and they left the site cleaner and tidier than when they arrived. In fact, it was a breeze.....

We have had a breeze house for almost two years. It is a welcome addition to our garden and is well used by all the family. It is a relaxing place to read, jigsaw, play games - often have friends over for BBQ.
It has survived really well storm Darragh with a done damage to the door canvasses. This has been rapidly and effectively sorted by the team. A great buy

We are looking forward to having our Breeze House installed at the end of January. Customer service has just been great, no pushy sales staff and time to choose and make sure you get the right one for you. A trip to the factory is a must if you are close enough. Excellent service all round from order to installation & aftercare

The installation team turned up exactly when promised which meant a very early start for them. Amazing team, extremely professional, polite and well organised. Great banter as well. Left site very clean and tidy and ran through the installation and checked through all loose items provided. The whole experience from initial enquiry to installation was seamless, including head office support.

My Breeze House is 21 years old. I arranged to have the floor replaced and new "skirts". The carpenters were very friendly and helpful. The work was done very quickly and rubbish taken away. I am very pleased with the result. I also arranged replacement cushions. Although quite expensive these were delivered with the new "skirts". All very efficient. And I feel that if I have any issues they will respond rapidly.

Fabulous product and excellent service from sales, delivery and installation. Cannot fault any aspect.

We have just had our oval Savannah breeze house installed today, and I must comment on the way that Breeze house from start to finish made it a stress free experience. The 2 lads who installed it, started at 8 am and didn’t stop working for 6 hours solid, they left the site spotless and couldn’t do enough for us, the quality of their work, and the quality of the breeze house are both a credit to your company, Well done, we are very impressed and thanks for everything.

3 years ago I bought an ex display model Breeze House.
One of the canvas and perspex side panels was coming unstitched. I sent a picture to Breeze House who arranged to collect and repair. It was collected and returned 2 days later, but was slightly damaged, so they again picked it up and replaced it with a nearly new one, again, by return.
good old fashioned service. After sales is so important, so I really recommend Breeze House
